Unable to save project error message

Avatar

Over the past two weeks, I’ve been encountering a recurring issue when editing dashboards in Adobe Analytics. After making changes, I receive the following error message: "Unable to save your project at this time. You may want to refresh your page and try again."

Unfortunately, refreshing the page or closing and reopening the browser does not resolve the issue. The only workaround I've found is restarting my device entirely, though this isn’t a consistent fix either—sometimes the dashboard will save successfully without issue, seemingly at random.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @BryceR22 This has been fixed but if you're still facing issue it could be related to some other problem. Can you please log a ticket with Adobe Support? Please include details like error IDs, steps to replicate, HAR logs so that the team can take a look.

Unfortunately, I am seeing the issue this morning while trying to save changes to a project.

That's odd... I haven't had that experience, except when it really is my computer having issues... Or maybe during ongoing maintenance or an issue.

However, despite there being some maintenance today, I don't believe it was related to any workspace changes... but it's possible.

As @FarazHusain said, you should connect with client care... if you can replicate the issue they should be able to help dig deeper into the error and hopefully find the cause, and help find a solution.

Good Luck.

I also do not believe it is due to any workspace changes or computer issues. I will submit a ticket once the issue arises again. Thank you, Jennifer.

This should be resolved. There was an issue at our end that caused this.
