Sequential segment within 1 day

I want to know what does within 1 day mean in a sequential segment. i.e First launches exists THEN within 1 day export happened. So let's consider user first launch is on any Wednesday at 11PM (PST) and then he exported within 24 hours (at 3am on Thursday ) . Will this user be counted in this segment or will be ignored ?

 

or he will be given 24 hrs post first launch for this?

I haven't verified this myself, but I believe it's the time between 12:00am to 11:59pm for the same calendar day based on your report suite's timezone. That's the general definition that is used with other parts of AA, particularly with the date range components.
