Just downloaded RB 5.0 and right away there was an issue - too slow to pull the data and it gives an error box: system error. Does everyone else have this issue?
Thx.

I was able to resolve my issues by making sure 4.7 was deleted, then reinstalling 5.
Check your program files, an if you have both versions, try deleting them both and reinstalling.

My entire team of 6 is having difficulty running queries. It's much slower and craps out frequently. We're switching back to 4.7, even though the 5.0 functionality would have been a lifesaver. Please let us know when it's ready for prime time, or if there are technical requirements

Yes, I've been unable to run a RB request all morning

I think the issue with 5.0 is that it's now requiring a bridge - you will notice it when you open Excel. You usually see RB is just one of the add ons, but now there are two add ons from RB.

I wish I could get this far. I try to click any of the items in the Add in menu and I get a message that says "Please exit the Excel Cell with focus before using this feature." A right click menu does not show the usual Report Builder functions.
Anyone know what is going on?

I have to get back to the old version to run reports. There must be a bug.

I installed version 5.0 on Friday. I have been unable to log in thru Report Builder Excel Add in all day. I keep getting messages: "The login process was unsuccessful, the username or password is incorrect." and then "Your credentials do no give you access to any Report Suite. Please contact your Adobe Analytics Administrator to update your user profile." I am not having issues logging into Adobe Analytics otherwise. I even tried to uninstall 5.0 and re-install 4.7 and am still getting the same message. So, now I can't use either version.

A couple people have indicated they no longer get the issue if they uninstall ARB 4.7 and reinstall 5.0.
