Purging/removing PII from Adobe Analytics

Avatar

Level 1

Due to a form issue from AEM, certainly browsers appended PII to urls which got passed into AA. Is there a way to purge the PII from AA now that it's there? I've seen some GA documentation about redacting that information (rather than purging) but I haven't seen a step-by-step for AA. It's critical that either a purge or redaction occur since it's a privacy issue. Any ideas?

I would reach out to adobe account manager, who can help address PII data related issues in reports. Next step is to configure data governance setting for each report suite (if not already done). Navigate through Analytics Admin Data Governance ...See details here:  https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/admin/data-governance/gdpr-view-settings.html
