Preferences feature in Adobe Analytics Workspace

Does anyone know if there is a way to set preferences for workspace and apply to all users besides the options available in the Company tab?

Every user has to set their own preferences for those options. There isn't a way to push the changes to all users.

In Workspace, you can setup project specific palette and later can share the dashboard with other users. However, if you want to update preference setting from default , it can be done by visiting Menu item Component - > Project& Analyses option.

Yes, one option would be to create a "how to" instruction manual for your organization.. you could even create something in a Workspace added into the Company Folder.

 

Having options to pre-set company settings would be good, but there has to be a balance between company set and individual process, something like "use company set process unless personal preferences override it"... but this would require more sophisticated preference rules... still this could be added as a potential feature idea.
