Omniture Workspace Loading Error

We are receiving error messages and the pages are not loading for most of the workspace reports as below. Could you advise?

There's an ongoing issue with Analysis Workspace and Calculated Metrics. The team is actively looking into it. You can keep an eye on status.adobe.com for more details (#2020052705).

 

Also, you may want to open a ticket with Client Care.

Getting the same cannot open any projects or create a new workspace - getting error

How do you open a ticket with client care? Also is this resolved? I keep facing the same issue.

My apologies, I didn't receive your question until now. There is session called 'Customer Care', you can raise your question there by selecting Adobe Analytics. Also, we have a team works close to Adobe. They help to follow up with this. Actually, the workspace was back to normal after a week. We are not sure what caused the issue.

Hi, I tried raising a incident ticket but then everyone is just escalating it without helping me solve the issue. Can you please advise.

I raised a ticket and I received the response in few days. Anyone followed up with this with you? Do you company have anyone who can connect with Adobe team? Maybe you can reach out the employee above ishans52004352.
