Is is possible to  track the exact location of the user using adobe analytics. To give an example let say a user makes a visit from a school ,is it possible to track the IP and get to know which school the visit is coming from? If not how close we can be in tracking the location of the user.?

IP addresses can be accessed from Data Warehouse, and Adobe has a bunch of different geosegmentation reports such as city, state, and country. Adobe does not offer anything as granular as a specific school. You would need to know the IP range of the school(s) in question, then use a segment to filter that data in reporting.

it is likely you would need to map schools to long and lat correlations..
