I'm trying to find the number of visitors to certain countries broken down by week and then by language. The first country I easily segmented into weeks, and then each week into languages. However, when I went to segment the second country into weeks and then languages, it didn't give me the "breakdown" option when I hovered over the country name (see picture). Any ideas? Also, what are the best practices for project size? I have several panels with several components in each, and it's started slowing down a bit. Is that indicative of something?

Hi @KyraSu
I was able to apply the same breakdown without any issues. Maybe a glitch in your dashboard.
I would recommend saving and reloading the page. Then check if the issue still persists.

Unfortunately, it worked for only the next two weeks, then it stopped again. I restarted, exited, rebooted...everything. It's still not working

I've seen this happen before with dashboards that have a lot of data in them. There tends to be a delay in the breakdown popup. But I've found that if you're hovering over the right spot and still drop the item, a lot of the time it will still create the breakdown you need, just with a bit of a delay. The more breakdowns you do, the longer it will take for your table to load. It might be worth trying to use report builder in excel or maybe a data warehouse extract, as those will load a bit faster than the interface.
As for best practices on project size, click on the help menu and then select 'performance.'
In that menu it will show you the best practices and how your dashboard lines up. I've included a screenshot from one of my current dashboards. You can even export this to a csv if you want.
