If you're ever having any performance issues, status.adobe.com would be the first place to look. If you're confident there are issues on our end and you can't see anything in our system status tool, you can have a Supported user​ contact Customer Care to help troubleshoot it.

If you're ever having any performance issues, status.adobe.com would be the first place to look. If you're confident there are issues on our end and you can't see anything in our system status tool, you can have a Supported user​ contact Customer Care to help troubleshoot it.
