Goal Setting: YTD Performance

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way I can set up goals for specific metrics for specific URLs and then work with them in my workspace to design a dashboard of how are we performing against a defined KPI. 

Have you ever done similar? Anything would help

Yes, it's absolutely possible to set goals for metrics. Setting them up per URL would be way more complex. Read about Data Sources to get an idea of how to load data (goals/ targets).
