Our site is having some issues on the overall performance in the last steps of the buypath. We believe it can be something related to the third party security payment services. Does anybody has some debugging experience on this ?
the buypath is something like :
Id Page Shipping Chose page Payment Chose page Review Page Then redirection to a Security verification in a third party page depending of type of payment Confirmation Page
Could it be possible that going out of the buypath to another domain sends an exit link, thus forgeting the channel ( Campaign ID, or Referer etc...), and when going back to the Confirmation page (where the purchase is launched) , attribution of this is marked as Direct ? We also believe that some customers don't even wait to go back to the website after the security...
