Facebook and Snapchat Ad Performance data in Adobe Analytics

Hello,

I am looking to see if there are any third party systems out there that can integrate and automatically pull in our Facebook and Snapchat ad performance data into Adobe Analytics? I know we can use the API's do this ourselves but trying to see if there is an off the shelf solution that we can purchase that can synchronise this data for us into Analytics?
