I'm not sure, but it looks like it affects Workspace as well:
There are multiple "French" values for Belgium, France and Switzerland.... odd.
Since this is data that is out of the box for Adobe, I think only Adobe could really answer that.... but at least it's not just your feed... this seems to be a larger system impact.
You could try logging a ticket with Client Care? Maybe this is an oversight that just hasn't been raised with them before?
