Does the upper and lower case lead Timestamp to not work?

Hello guys,

I got a trouble, the Timestamp isn't working, analytics is reading the sending time, not the timestamp. Checking the timestamp parameter:

<timestamp>2017-10-09t16:26:12-03:00</timestamp>

All the examples Help home bring to me:

2013-11-17T17:33:22-07
2012-04-20T12:49:31-0700
2013-01-01T12:30:05+06:00
2013-01-01T12:30:05Z
2013-01-01T12:30:05
2013-01-01T12:30

The only different aspect I did found was the "T" lowercase at my configuration. Do someone know if this could be the problem?

Regards,

Mauricio Shoji

Guys,

I did find the javascript is case sensitive, so the "t" really does not work.
