Hi, your screenshot seemed to fail so we can't really see your example...

 

However CSV stands for "comma separated values". 

 

Where are you attempting to open your CSV file? If you are opening it in Excel, do you have the correct column delimiters selected?

 

As you can see, in my Excel, "tab" is the current delimiter... so this isn't going to process a normal CSV properly:

When I add "comma" as delimiter, the data preview now shows correctly:
