Classification Issues/Assistance

Afternoon-

I'm uploading a new SAINT classification file into a report suite; however it processes the data, and returns stating that my file was successful with 0 items effected. I confirm this I run my conversions report and see "unspecified data."

When I export the file everything aligns accordingly, but nothing is updated. I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. Is there something that I'm missing?

Hi Brandon, 

The classification table gets reflected instantly on upload. So the browser export will show the right classification values. The reports however can take some time to reflect and may take up to 72 hours or more on occasions.

If you have uploaded these values more than 72 hours back, do raise this with the Clientcare by one of the supported users of your organization.
