Classification Importer FTP Processing Status

Hello, 

 

Hope all is well with everyone I'm very new to AA and I have a task which involves importing a classification file, associated with an evar. I've followed the guidelines and believe everything should be fine - data related.

 

I had to import via ftp since there was a warning saying the file was too big (8mb - I think perhaps it's referring to the amount of rows). 

 

My question is - I can't seem to monitor this anywhere... Isn't there a status or something? It's been almost 24h and nothing has been imported... 

 

I've noticed that if I import a sample file directly with 2 or 3 rows, it gives me a status header saying something like "SAINT FILE IS BEING PROCESSED".

Depending on the size of the file, it may take up to 72 hours max.

When you set up the import there is an option to get notified over email as well. You should be able to get notification over email once your import is processed.

Thanks for the quick answer.

 

So if I upload it via FTP, the "SAINT FILE PROCESSING" State that appears in the Classification Importer tab shouldn't show up right?
