CJA Row Limitations to know

Avatar

Enabling the "rolling data window" checkbox lets you set Customer Journey Analytics data retention as a rolling window in months (e.g., 1, 3, 6 months).

According to Adobe documentation, if left unchecked, the data retention setting from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) takes precedence. For example, with 25 months of data in AEP, Customer Journey Analytics will backfill 25 months. If 10 months are deleted in AEP, Customer Journey Analytics retains 15 months.

My Questions:

What is the maximum data retention limit per connection and per account?
Can we backfill analytics data into AEP for more than 13 months?
What is the row limit for importing data from the data source to AEP?
What is the row limit for transferring data from AEP to Connections?

Hello @DhanA2 ,

I believe most of your questions are associated with your companies contract regarding your licensing for CJA.  Example your rolling window is adjustable and the number of rows you are allotted for is also alterable based on contract.
