View Only permission for Analysis Workspace

I am looking for a way to create a View Only permission for Analysis Workspace. Don't want users to be able to create any new Projects, just to view the Projects shared with them.

If all users can access Adobe Workspace and create their own Projects, it appears that all data within Adobe is easily accessible to all users with an account. Let say that there are specific reports and information that the company only want to share with a limited group of people. If all users are able to create their own projects and reports, there is a risk that they will replicate reports and view information that is not intended for them. It is very important that I can make a clear separation within the workspace between users who can create projects/reports and users who only have read rights to projects and therefore cannot create their own projects/reports.

There are workarounds available at the project level: "share with anyone" method or share and schedule project”. This will prevent users from editing or making updates to the project while allowing them to view its contents. For this, they do not even need access to the product.

But these methods, unfortunately posed a significant security risk, as it made company reports accessible to all individuals inside and outside the company. This is too risky for sensitive data.

In conclusion, can you take into consideration the development of a new feature for Adobe Analytics, that allow the client to be able to give view only rights to a specific user/group of users?

I don't know if there is a way to restrict creating Projects (Workspace Access is all or nothing).. as this is now the core functionality of Adobe Analytics with the old "Reports" are being deprecated, not having access to this, you might as well not give people accounts and only share PDFs of reports....

However, If you are concerned about people accessing certain metrics and dimensions, you can restrict that for users. If you create a Product Profile in the Admin Console, you can curate which metrics and dimensions are available to those users.

Similarly, you can set up Virtual Report suites, curating which dimensions and metrics are part of the suite, and grant users access to only those curated Virtual Suites.

Do you have any updates on this case?

View Only permission for Analysis Workspace. Users not to be able to create any new Projects, just to view the Projects shared with them?

As I said, we know about all workarounds possible, but none is suitable for our client situation.

We are looking forward for any updates that might be available.
