I believe this is an issue we have dealt with before that our Global Dotcom segments are not Data warehouse compatible. I need to setup a data warehouse feed for our transactional database start processing orders and have tried with no success. This segments needs to include only a specific ‘Build ID’ value, but exclude the entire visit where the order was cancelled. See segment below for reference.
Can Adobe please look into a solution that accomplishes the same goal but is data warehouse compatible? We might be able to achieve something similar with a visit or hit level segment, although the entire visit where orders were cancelled should be excluded.
