Report User Settings should be saved in the user profile and not in a cookie

Each time when I delete my cookies, I have the problem that the thousands separator will be reset to the default option.

This is due that this information are saved only in a cookie and not in the user profile.

 

Please save such customized information on the user profile and not in a cookie.
