Our executives love to be able to look at the real time dashboards. There are two requests I receive frequently from them (and completely agree with). We would also love to see more timing options (12 hours/24 hours) but that has already been suggested.
1) Please add a scale or some other identifier to the real time tracker. It shows the current total with a chart over time, but there are no data points on the graph that let you know the spikes and dips.
2) Make the real time reports available in the app.
These reports are extremely helpful when we are working closely with our IT partners to identify issues, but they are frustrated by the inability to identify the scale throughout the time frames viewed.
