Dramatically speed up the time it takes for SAINT classification data to sync

Client Care state anything below 72hrs is normal. The problem is that  due to the unpredictable nature of the turn around it's hard for users to trust the data reports when they could be 1 - 72hrs out of date when looking at classification data.
