The publishing widget reporlets do not have the date (i.e. time frame) displayed (under the title - as it is in reporlets for Dashboards, Bookmarks, etc). If you're sharing data with a multitude of internal stakeholders - it makes sense to allow them to see what time frame you are reporting for. If you have many publishing widgets displayed (for varying time frames) without the DATE under the title, it can be extremely confusing.
