Decouple granular tool/admin/web services permissions from report suite permission
Current problem: to give someone admin access, need to set up 2 groups, both with report suites assigned (one group for report suites and one for admin).
For companies with large number of report suites this is hard to manage. If I give someone access to report suites and then also add them to tools & local admin groups they should have tool & admin rights for those report suites that they have access to without having to maintain the list of report suites in 3 or more groups.
Eexample of why this is problematic using SAINT access.
If user A needs report suite & SAINT access to Kid Rock & Green Day and user B needs report suite and SAINT access to Green Day & Led Zeppelin I need to maintain the following groups:
1. report suite access for Kid Rock & Green Day,
2. report suite access for Green Day & Led Zeppelin,
3. SAINT access for Kid Rock & Green Day,
4. SAINT access for Green Day & Led Zeppelin.
With thousands of report suites and around 200 users this is becoming impossible to maintain. Above example could cut out at 1 group if SAINT access would work off users' report suite access.
