Create basic channels in marketing channel report

For now, we have to enable marketing channel reports, then go in and configure each channels.  Once marketing channel is enabled, why not automatically create some basic channels for user, Search, Internal, Referring domains, Directs, Campaign(using tracking code). User can tweak the configurations, but even if they don't, it starts capturing data the date they've enabled.
