Allow for Visit rules in SiteCatalyst Segment Builder

In discover I can create a segment based on a visitor container where visits = 3 or more. In SiteCatalyst I only have visit number which is not the same as visit. I would like to build loyality segements based off the visit metric. This allows for dashboarding of this data etc.
