Ability to understand if users are opening up the many scheduled dashboards that we send by email



We literally schedule thousands of dashboards with KPI's to internal stakeholders. We need a simple way of proving if users are opening these emails so we can manage our distribution lists and reduce processing for Adobe.


In addition this insight will let us know whether this method of analytic distribution is actually worthwhile before we investigate other solutions such as publishing widgets etc

We are running into similar challenge.


Recently we made few changes in our report suite and impacted quite some dashboards. Less than 5% of the dashboard recepients reached out to us. Which makes us believe that large number are not being used. But we do not know which one.
