Ability to apply a global filter on SiteCatalyst Reports

Not sure if this option is available in SiteCatalyst 15, but I know its not available in 14. I would like the option to be ably to define a global filter that persists, when I move between reports. Alternatively, a history list of previous used or saved filters, that I can reused by performing one click.
