Why my views through is higher than visits?

Hello,

I have a page when the view through is 150,263 but the Total visit is 130,760, How it's a possible?

And Do you know if Adobe has a data cleaning process? because I have 103 visits on another page (I got this data at the beginning of this month) but now the page has 100 visits, and the client what to know why?. I was looking for information about, but I couldn't find something.PD: it's the same date range.
