First time visitors who never came back

I want to look at the customers who visited the site for the first time and never returned. I see there is an overlap between the two segments as the new visitors comeback in the later timeframe and fall in repeat visitors segment.  I want only the customers who visited the site just once and never came back. Is there a way to do it ?

My segment is

New Visitor segment === Visitor container [exclude : " Visit number  > 1"]

Returning Visitor === Visit container [" Visit number  > 1"]

This should do it for ya. Keep an eye on the container types too:

Why are you sing Single Page Visit doent not equal Enabled? So that the visit must see more than 1 different page?

Doh! You're right - that additional item is unnecessary for your needs. Sorry about the confusion

Hi Eric,

As the visit number = 1 for every visitor, will this be including all visitors even when the condition says visit number not greater than 1

Initially, yes. You are then excluding all Visitors that have >1 Visit in the second half of the segment, so you should be focusing on only Visitors with exactly 1 visit:
