If you rename a Calculated Metric, Adobe will:

  1. duplicate the old metric,
  2. apply the new name to the duplicated metric, and
  3. continue to use the old metric with any report that uses it.

The correct behaviour should be: Adobe will:

  1. keep the metric,
  2. apply the new name to that metric, and
  3. use the new name in any report that uses that metric.

I'm surprised that no one has discovered nor fixed this bug.

Hi Yuhui,

If you haven't already I would recommend entering a ticket for Adobe Customer Care to review. If you are a supported user at your company you can do this yourself or you may need to coordinate with the designated Adobe supported user contact at your company.

Best,

Brian
