Hi Team,We are trying to push experience fragments to the targeting system. we are able to push the experience fragments to the targeting but the problem is in the offer details we are always seeing localhost:4503 in the offer details.Not sure it is coming from where? and how to resolve it. This is the first time we are doing it. Any help or pointers that helps a lot. Thanks

I've been trying to set up a basic traffic alert using the Alert Builder.   I want to check daily visits to see if they drop below a certain threshold,    I only want to look at Mon-Fri since the traffic normally drops to very low levels on the weekend.  I'm having difficulty getting the filter to work so that it ignores the weekend traffic.   Has anyone had issues with this?Thanks !

Hi Folks,I just migrated about 90 users to Adobe Experience Cloud. At the same time I took the time to re-structure how access to all of our tools, report suites, dimensions and metrics are assigned.1) I assigned product profiles for each of our analytics tools (Report Builder, Ad Hoc, Reports & Analytics etc.)2) Then I created User Groups for each of the teams that need Adobe Analytics access.3) I assigned the appropriate product profiles to each user group.4) I added all of the appropriate users to each user group.Now in my head, I've done everything right and deserve a pat on the back for accomplishing this over the weekend so none of my users would be disturbed during work hours.In reality, apparently I've done something wrong.1) Some users are seeing an "access denied" error and are unable to login even though I have quadruple confirmed their "user group" has access to the right tools etc.2) Other users no longer see all of the Reports & Analytics "Reports" that they are u

Hi there,One of our Product Classifications (#55, accessed through Reports > Conversion > Products > Products > Classification 55) was defined many months ago, most likely by a team member uploading (possibly using FTP) a CSV list of "Product" and "Product Classification".Is there a way for me to see that original list as received by AA?Thanks.

I am working from within the Touch UI. I have a folder structure we use as a template that can be copied and pasted to another location in the DAM. We paste this in the new location and change the folder title to the new desired title. The problem is that this does not change the 'Name' of the folder just the title. Our design team uses the Desktop companion app and the Folder Name is what is shown there, not the title, so this is causing problem. Is there a simple way to be able to change the Folder Title and Name from the touch UI? Or can a field be added to the properties page of the folder to do this?

I'm wondering if anyone has edited the formatting for Content Ai in Emails?I understand that you can choose from the 8 different layouts per the product docs (Enable Content-AI in Emails - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation). However, I'm hoping to be able to change things like the font, button color, etc. When I enable an image for Content Ai, the font particularly changes to a pretty awful one that I'm hoping to overwrite. I've attached a screenshot of the enabled image vs. the preview/sample. Hi All,We have a custom workflow which basically deals with the approvals.After workflow is initiated it is sent to various groups one after the other[for which we are using dynamic participant step]. Payload is the AEM page. Once a group gets task in inbox[http://localhost:4502/inbox.html] , they will make any changes to page content if required[by having a look at that AEM page in author] and approve the workflow and thereafter it goes to the next approval group and so on.We have a requirement that the workflow should only be initiated by say "managers" group and other groups which are part of the approval flow in the workflow,should not be able to initiate this custom workflow on the AEM page. But once they get task in their inbox [http://localhost:4502/inbox.html], they should be able to approve/reject it. Tried doing it via permissions model, tried multiple things, but no luck.Any thoughts/pointers/reference code on this will be really helpful.

My company's marketo instance has some custom objects that they created which contain information that must be sent in marketo emails.One of the custom objects in question is our own custom Company object where each user in marketo can be linked to multiple company custom objects.The information in this custom object are synced in from our company's system in batches of 300 custom object instances at a time. Because all the custom objects for each user are synced at once in a batch of 300, the updated at values in each of the custom objects are the exact same value. The updated at date value seems to only track precision up to a minute.My problem is that, from what I gather, when you are triggering smart campaigns using the custom object updated trigger, you are unable to get the data of the custom object that actually triggered the campaign.It seems like the $triggerObject in velocity is not accessible. Hi there,I am trying to get the user ID's of all user who have read a specific article type in the last 30 days.When I run the query I get a count of 8,719. This result is over 175 pages of 50 rows, see screenshot 1.When I try to add 'Visits' (screenshot 2) as a metric or skip through the pages i.e. from page 1 to 2 or page 4 to 5, I get an error message in red, see screenshot 3.This has happened numerous times. Hi All,We have a workflow being developed in AEM 6.2 classic UI. Right after "Flow Start", there is a dynamic participant step say "A", there is an OR split and 4 branches/flows under it.1] In one of the flows, after "A" we immediately have two custom process steps in succession followed by a dynamic participant step say "B". If we give some comments in "A" step they are not carried over till it reaches "B". However,2] In the same sub-flow #1[mentioned above] if I have a custom process step and then a dynamic participant step say "C", then comments given in "A" show up in "C". But our requirement will need to have two custom process steps in succession. 3]How do we still retain the comments provided in our scenario. Any thoughts/pointers/reference code on this will be really helpful.

Hello,I would like to ask you for advice how to get my Custom Font working on my Theme Template.I followed all the steps provided from this thread - Regalix Marketo Services: How to add custom font to Marketo templates and the font still didnt worked on my side.1. Coverted the font;2. Uploaded it to the platform - The converted .eot, .svg, .ttf and .woff formats;3. Updated the CSS @font-face with the correct URL paths as shown from the tutorial link and pasted into the Theme Template <style></style> tags. I am trying to develop customized report in adobe campaign from Configuration menu. As I need several tables in single report I have written 5-6 query boxes in the report. Each Table in report access the data from respective query box. I need help for two things:1) Fetching data from different queries in for same table.I want data from two different queries in single table.2) Changing the variable name and reassign in report.I am querying for one of the column in workflow but I want to reassign the value and print it in table.For eg. If column value is customer_twoWheeler_day1 I want it to only print Two Wheeler in report column.PFB the workflow I used.

Is the layout container a replacement for parsys? It seems it can do what the parsys can do in addition to all the responsive layout features that it supports. Agree / disagree with this?In view of that, is there any case where using the parsys makes more sense than using the layout container? Hi there, The company I am currently with has recently migrated their users from Omniture to The Experience Cloud. In Omniture it was easy to impersonate a user by heading to the user management section and clicking "login as user". However I cannot seem to find it since the users migrated. Could anyone shed some light on this please? Cheers
