We have Adobe Campaign Classic (v7) installed on a Windows server and want to setup an import workflow to pull data from a Shared network drive.We are doing this because there is a restriction on SFTP.However, the workflow refuses to recognize the network drive.Is this a limitation or do we need to do some kind of setting for access?

Hi guys,I have two AEM instances, 1 author and 1 publish.  While on the author instance my menu is visible, on the publish instance is not. It only became visible once I login as an administrator on the publish. I am using AEM 6.4 and I've never seen this before. What could be the issue on this one?

Hi,I can create audiences for normal profiles but I want to be able to create an audience with only test profiles but I don't see the option to do that when creating a new audience. Anyone got a clue on how to do this? I see I am able to add an audience to the test part of a deliveryBut it is of course empty because I don't have any audiences with test profiles in it.Is this a feature that will come at some point maybe?Kind regardsRobert

Hi All,Can we copy the column data in a schema into another?I'm trying to change the data type of an attribute in a schema and worried that i lost the previous data which are already present in the attribute when i change the datatype.For eg: Column/Attribute  A of type INTEGER has some data. Now i'm trying to change the data type to VARCHAR/STRING where i will loose the previous data.Is there any possibility to avoid the loss of data?Your response will be appreciate Regards,Venu

Hello. I am currently working on a specialized plugin for AEM and with the app that I'm using. It is just an enhancement to a project and there were no documentations from the previous team who did it so I'm currently having trouble configuring the source codes because it has errors on the pom.xml files. It only has 4 projects (main, core, ui.apps and the source code for the specialized plugin.) The error only exist on the core and the ui.apps. I've tried removing the .m2 folder and re-building the projects, but it doesn't work. I've tried maven update, clean and install but I am still encountering the errors. It also occurs several times. We had some a/b/c/d tests that concluded pretty quickly (normally within a week) with a winner and high confidence level. However, after leaving the test running for another 2 weeks, the confidence level went down and tests concluded with a completely different winner with 95%+ confidence. Has anyone had the same experience and how do you deal with this situation? We have seen the worst performing variation when it's first concluded became the winner when it concluded the second time...

Hi,We plan to export data from Google Ads (pay-per-click account) and import it in Adobe Analytics. Already found the documentation and the steps to be followed.Still, we don't know how to deal with 30 days conversion window (period of time after a customer clicks your ad during which a conversion is recorded in Google Ads).Adobe says offline data imported through Data Sources will not be overwritten, meaning:eg. on 10/01 export I will have 10 conversions for 1/01 and on 11/01 export I can have 15 conversions on 1/01 (because of conversion window, so data could still be updating in Google Ads from one day to another with historcial data)........so for 1/01 I will see 15 conversions or 15+10=25 conversions.We are curious if there are others with this problem and how did you manage to deal with it?Thank you!

Hello,I have people signing up to receive news from my site via a Facebook lead form. These lead forms are put into Marketo and will trigger an email to the clients asking them to sign up to the site as a full member rather then only being signed up to receive newsletter emails.To make this transition extra easy for the potential member, the email being triggered will have a link to our websites direct form (That is NOT a Marketo form) and I would like it to prefill in their first name, last name, email, Mobile number (If captured fro Facebook) and post code (again if captured from Facebook).How do I create a link to the page that pre populates the form with the users saved details from Marketo?Please note some points:We can not use a Marketo form due to the nature of the sign up process on the sitePeople must sign up officially to the site and be a member to view the products available on the siteThank you in advance.regards,Storm

Trying to setup DTM in AEM under Cloud Settings.I get this error when trying to uncheck the "Include Production Code on Author" option.What could cause this?All the fields are populated on all tabs.

Update the options of a drop down Touch UI Select according to the value of another Select . I have a requirement like on select of a first drop down it should call a rest service and based on the first drop downselection its should populate the 2nd drop down dialog field . Hi, I am trying to set up MobileApp channel in ACS for sending push notifications, but unfortunately it does not work for me. What I have currently:* I have written a basic Android application which shows the notifications and set it up in Google Cloud Messaging. I have tried it with Firebase and it works fine.* I have set up my application on mobilemarketing.abode.com according to the documentation, also I put some code to my mobile app to send analytics data and it works fine, so I can see my activity on mobilemarketing.adobe.com.* I have set up the MobileApp channel in ACS and set up the "marketingCloud/org" node in the ADBMobileConfig.json according to the documentation, but it does not work, so I cannot see my registration token in ACS under the mobile application / subscribers list.I have debugged my Android application and for me it looks like that there is a _marketingCloudServer instance in the VisitorIDService class which is currently null, since I don't have "marketingCloud/

HI Team,I hope you are doing good.I am working on a project in which we are trying to capture the feedback form data. The form is send as an email and when the user enters the details , they must be stored directly in the database and a thank you message should appear there only.Problem : Mostly whenever feedback is asked from a user , a link is shared in the email where the user can click and share the feedback, which has a very minimum success rate . We need a solution where the user can provide the feedback in the email only , rather than navigating to any other link or page and the same is stored in the database.Solution : I tried to implement the same using Web App and  preload the data in the form as entered by the user but I am not able to achieve the same .Could anyone please point me in the right direction or if there are any references that would be helpful.Thank You Have a good day

HelloI'm fairly new to AEM, so bear with me if I'm not using the right terminology.Using Dispatcher with Multiple Domains I followed the steps outlined in the link referenced above. I used Approach-1, where AEM rewrites the URLs rather than setting up apache rewrites. Lot of the stuff works. I do see pages being cached, etc. What I'm struggling with are the resource maps that need to be setup for URL shorterning.I'm kind of lost on what exactly needs to be done in /etc/map/http. I tried several things but nothing seems to work completely. My dispatcher renderer is pointing to hostname - "127.0.0.1" & port - "4503".All of the documentation points to creating the maps based on domain name. It is not clear to me how the domain name is passed to the publish instance. The dispatcher is always going to request using the localhost based on the configuration I have above.. I'm missing something basic here. Am I supposed to change the hostname in the dispatcher renderer to whatever host I'm

HelloI've created a workflow that has an output of 10mil records. I created my data extraction object. I am returning on 4 fields and none of them are calculated.As of writing this question on the forums, the data extraction step is at 25minutes.  Is this expected? If not, is there anything I can do to speed this up?
