Hi allI have come across an issue with one of my events in Adobe AnalyticsWe have a custom event for product view which captures 1 or 0 if a product has been viewed in the hit or not (it fires once on the page)When looking at clickstream data I realised the way the product view is captured is wrong. On some occasions it collects correctly as a binary event, however, in some cases it is being collected as a numeric event. For example, in the event_list column in clickstream we have this correct form. Say the event is event 2, it looks like this1,2,5,7Indicating the event has occurred, which is correctHowever in other cases we are seeing this1,2=33,5,7In this case Adobe is capturing the value 33 in the event instead of a 1. I have checked the data in clickstream against Adobe workspace to confirm this. It is very odd, can anyone explain why and how to fix this? I can also see this occurring on another event too

Hi,I have an issue with the AEM 6.4.installation,We try to use the new etc.clientlib proxy servlet that came in AEM 6.3 in our AEM 6.4.3 installation and I have an issue with the JS and CSS files not being loaded properly, all URLs give me a 404 error if I am not logged into the publish server.This is of course not possible in the real world.The only way for me to get this to work is to apply an ACL jcr:read access for anonymous users to the /etc folder.I however feel that this opens up a security issue towards AEM since it opens up the entire etc folder, even though I can control traffic to AEM via dispatcher.Is this really the only way forward with this proxy or have I missed something in the security settings?The documentation only says the ACLs is managed on a per location basis but I have applied anonymous access to the componentclientlib folders but that does nothing.So I am after a clear description to how ACLs should be applied in order to get the etc.clientlib proxy to work in

I have a handful of components that are currently using acs-commons to store multifields as json. I've started moving the components away from acs-commons and I noticed that any change I make to an existing cq:dialog node makes the previous data irretrievable by the Touch UI Dialog when using the editor. Am I missing something to have this not happen? Or is there a way for me to convert the json stored to a node structure?Please let me know if I have not explained well enough.ThanksEDIT: I found this link and maybe it is what I should be using?Dialog Conversion Tool

I am a new, casual Adobe user. I want to get the view metrics for all the links on the PSS cisco.com page for the past quarter.I tried using the Page template but don't see how i can change the URL in the template to the PSS URL. I don't want to become an Adobe expert, i just want a easy, quick way to get information about which links are being accessed.-Syd

Hi there,I created an eNewsletter using the creative designer in the new version of Adobe Campaign. and sent to about 40k of our email distribution list.  It worked great.I am now trying to export the source code and create a webpage and put a link of the webpage on my website. I copied the source code and tried creating a .html file in Dreamweaver and then tried uploading it on to my website.  But none of the text and image with a weblink are working. Is there a better way to do it?  Please let me know.-Rupes

Hi There, We have a pretty non-conventional sign- up process at my company.I am wondering if the Munchkin API Call can help us solve our duplicate lead sign up process.Basically, a new customer hits our sign up page and fills out a non-marketo form that serves as an account/contact creation tool. The form data including email runs to our corporate database and checks SFDC to see if the lead is known by the email. if it is not known from sfdc, then it creates one in sfdc and converts it to an account/contact automatically.Context: We have Marketo synced with SFDC, but we have a large number of leads in sfdc/marketo that we don't have emails (only phone numbers) for, but may have visited our website and not filled out a form and received a munchkin cookie.Our end goal is to be able to capture any previous web activity on the leads, when they become known on the sign-up page (by providing us their email) assuming that their munchkin cookie matches with any anonymous web activity.My though

Hello,Can we use a variable as value in a filtering condition with "is included in" as Operator ?In a script activity I initiate a variable as follows: ctx.vars.operationIdList = new Array(-1432383860,-1426727378,-1411155661);Then i am trying to filter my query using this variable as a list:I get the following error:[xtk:report Error] PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: "-1432383860,-1426727378,-1411155661" ...Obviously my integer field does not like to be included in a string entree. Hi, we are thinking of implementing Adobe Advertising cloud to manage all campaigns from a single area. It seems the Adobe Advertising cloud (AAC) offers this option, but what it is still not clear to me is:How can I schedule a data export from AAC to retrieve all data about campaigns setup and campaign results?If this is possible, what is the level of granularity that I can obtain?Is it possible to deliver the scheduled data exports to be stored in an Adobe SFTP so we could retrieve the data from there and automate the ingestion to our Data Lake?How can I get a sample data set to understand the actual content of the exports?Thanks in advance to all of you for your help.thanksBestMaria

I'm trying to set up 8 report subscriptions that will automatically send the Email Link Performance report to the same person (email address). Two on Sunday, two on Monday, two on Tuesday and two on Wednesday.The only difference between each subscription is that I want Marketo to look for emails held in different folders - so I'm using the 'Marketing Activities Emails' filter and choosing the correct folder for each report.It worked when I set up and tested the first one, but when I set up subsequent subscriptions, and changed the filter to a different folder, it changes the filters on all the previous subscriptions, to be the last folder I picked.Can anyone help with this?

Hello everyone,I have a problem with the Hebrew translation. I added the language "he" to /etc/languages. I also added the translations to the dictionary, but AEM is returning the default entries. After a little more research, AEM is trying to find the translation for "iw" (the old iso code for the Hebrew language) instead of "he" (the new iso code for Hebrew). If you add "iw" to /etc/languages and then add the translation for iw language (using the translation tool /libs/cq/i18n/translator.html), it works fine. But I need it to add HE.I'm using language masters pages. But i also tried adding jcr:language="he" to my page.Any help with this?

Hi just a query....There is two way to register the servlet in AEM:first by pathsecond by resource typeI am having doubt on "by Resource type"If I register the servlet "by path" then we can call my servlet by using Ajax at any particular event like clicking on submitting button we can get some input from end user and we can process the user data and provide something valuable .But in case of "by Resourcetype" when we hit the particular page and that page having resource type exactly same my servlet resource type then it would not leaving an option of event. Whenever you will hit the page your servlet would be called in the time of "sling path resolution mechanism" .if we modify selector and extension then we can avoid that .so my quetion is if I am having one form and user fill each and every credentails and now he hits submit button at that time I want to call my servlet and then do some modification then sending response.Can we do it using "by Resourcetype"

Hi All,I am trying to implement TTL using acs aem commons and it's working fine if I configure it based on paths(Max Age) option.I was looking for something if it has TTL configuration available per resourceType or template based?  Has anyone tried this thing.Having resourceType based TTL can be helpful in my case becauseI have all the pages stored at the top location e.g. [dispatcher-cache-root]/page-1.html(templateA)  [dispatcher-cache-root]/page-2.html(templateB) etc.  I want all of them to be configured with different TTL, if I go path based, I need to have *.html and once that's configured, any specific configuration e.g. /page-1.html is getting ignored and only generic one takes priority.Thanks in advance!Rachna

I have a script providing me with the segment IDs I need for structuring my API calls, however, they only provide me the IDs of the custom segments I created or somebody else created and shared with me:library(RSiteCatalyst)SCAuth("[MY_CREDENTIALS]", "[SHARED_SECRET]")segments <- GetSegments("[REOPORTSUITE]")print(segments)I still need the standard segments like "Return Visits", "First Time Visits" etc, though.
