Hey everyone! We are switching from a URL Parameter model of UTM tracking to a cookie-based model. We are switching because people navigate to different URLs and the UTMs fall off before they convert. This leads to underreporting channels like paid media and paid search.   However, if we switch to a cookie-based model, won't it inflate these exact same buckets that used to be underinflated? For example, a person visits the website via direct organic and does not convert. The person then interacts with a google search ad, and comes back to the website, this time the UTM values are cookied in and they convert. The system sees them as a person from google search. So basically our lead source program is set up to be first conversion touch.However if someone clicks a google ad, and then leaves the website, and comes back in via direct organic, will the cookies still be there, thus inflating the paid bucket should they convert?

Hello,We have one synthetic resource and this resource should not be cached. I have enabled SDI for this synthetic resource. When rendering this resource in the publisher, it is working fine. But, when rendering it in the dispatcher, with SDI enabled, It is not rendering.   I am using local SDK (Aemaacs) and SDI version 3.3.0.I have tried with multiple versions of SDI but it is still the same.   Additionally, I can't see #include tag from SDI in AEM publish as well as in dispatcher.But, it is working. I have checked it by adding multiple resource type in the SDI configs.   Now, there are two open points 1. How can this synthetic resource be loaded in the dispatcher when SDI is enabled?  2. How to enable SDI to generate #include tag when rendering SDI-supported components in publisher instance?   Please share your suggestion on these topics.  

Hello Team,We are trying to integrate Elasticsearch with AEM SDK version aem-sdk-2023.1.10675.20230113T110236Z-220900.  We have created  external bundle with the JARs elasticsearch-rest-client,elasticsearch,elasticsearch-rest-high-level-client and uploaded in AEM then we got various NoClassDefFound errors like httpclient , httprequest, SSLHandshake Exception..  and we have uploaded jar by downloading from maven repository.Could you please help us what is the best practice to integrate Elasticsearch with AEM SDK?Thank you.

Hi Team    We are using the Color Picker plugin (Refer )  developed and provided by Sreekanth . The plugin works fine in our pages, but while using the color-picker in the XF pages, it is not loading in the RTE and  we are getting Handlebars.compile is not a function issue in the console. Has anyone faced a similar issue ? Any help is appreciated TIAVeena

We are trying to bring in the data using SFMC Marketing Cloud connector (Beta) to load email/sms activities like open, clicks, bounce, etc.   After configuring the connector, when we click on Add Data - it shows some entities and upon clicking sample data is shown. Here are some questions: To load the entity list which SFMC API gets called? Or is this list hard coded? What's the definition of this list and which entity corresponds to SMS/Email activities? (the irony is even the Salesforce SMEs don't know where these exist in SFMC). Any clues or pointers will of great help.

Hi, I was using the Query Builder Debugger and tried to fetch the results for the OOTB site (we-retail) using the below query: path=/content/we-retail type=nt:unstructured path.flat=true p.limit=-1 But then I am getting 2 results which are shown below- where the 1st result is NOT of type="nt:unstructured" and it is of type="cq:PageContent" while the 2nd result is of correct type (i.e - nt:unstructured).Can anyone help me with this issue?

Hello,I'm currently implementing the webSDK and I want to send data to 2 report suites. I've added both report suite ID in the data stream. but when I check the Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger , I can see only one report suite.    Can someone please guide me on how to check if both report suites are being tracked or not in debugger ?

Hello,   I am trying to use the Ensure Oak Index tool to create a new index.  I created the new index from the index suggested by Oak Index Definition Generator.  In the generated index, one of the JCR Nodes is named dam:Asset     Following the instructions for Ensure Oak Index, I am trying to deploy the index as code as a part of my build pipeline.  Whenever I build the project, the node in my index is renamed from dam:Asset to dam0:Asset   Can anyone tell me why?  How can I deploy my index code via pipeline if I am not allowed to use that node name.  The index does not work if the node is not named dam:Asset.  On the right is the source .content.xml for my index.  And on the left is what is being changed after during the package install.  The built package is correct.       Thank you

Hello, this past Monday (3/6/2023) I noticed that my workfront was acting fussier than normal. Whenever I try sort my folders or proofs by name (all files and folders have their project number as a prefix) it just moves them around seemingly at random.   For example, I might open the project folder and see all the inner folders are sorted [1, 3, 5, 4, 6, 2] etc. Since it's easier to find a specific folder number when they're in sequential order, I click on "name" (see image). Now, before this past Monday, Workfront would have sorted the folders to [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6] etc.  Instead, it sorts them [1, 4, 2, 5, 6, 3] and clicking "name" again just throws the files back to how they were originally or will, on occasion, throw them into a different order. No matter how many times I try to sort, refresh workfront, log in/out, etc. it will not sort any files or folders sequentially.   We're also experiencing issues with the sort not working on dues dates, at all. I'm running into a major issue with the way Marketo is handling lead conversion in SFDC.    The lead syncs over fine, but when the lead is converted, rather than changing the type from lead to contact, Marketing is creating a duplicate record.  This leaves us with a person linked to an old lead and a person linked to the new contact.  It's obviously causing a huge issue with our data integrity.   From my understanding, this isn't how Marketo should work with the SFDC sync.  Has anyone experienced this and know of a solution?  Thanks!

I am setting the session timeout to 15 minutes (via the Apache Felix Jetty Based Http Service configuration).  However, the call to /libs/granite/csrf/token.json every 5 minutes seems to be keeping it active.  Should I adjust how often token.json is called?

  There is a mention of a 10 job limit (2 concurrently running, 8 enqueued) mentioned when their is discussion about the Extract API REST endpoint, and the Import API endpoint. What isn't clear though is if these are shared or separate?  Does anyone know the answer? For example:  If I enqueue 4 export jobs, does that mean I can only enqueue 6 import jobs? Or do each endpoint get a 10 job limit?

I raised a ticket with support on this but so far have not had luck, so hoping the community may able to help me identify the issue.   In my sandbox environment, I am testing some interesting moments. I can see that the Interesting moment fields are getting updated with the milestones I sent over in SFDC, but the  visual component is showing there are no interesting moments to display.    Has anyone come across this issue? How do i format this date /Date(1675832400000-0500)/ in Fusion?

  I am uploading the JSON. Based on this JSON other components fields are getting update. When I am opening the dialog values are coming from the uploaded JSON, which is correct . if I am changing dialogs value and saving the dialog , then again on the page values are coming from the JSON. Requirement is dialog values should get update from the JSON and if user wants to change the dialog value , they can change as well. Both the cases should work.

I used the OOB functionality to create a custom rendition of 300*300 jpeg image as below with .jpeg extension.     And the rendition is being created for an image as below as expected. The custom rendition is created as 300*300 with jpeg extension. Can someone help me figure out how I can create this rendition with .jpg instead of .jpeg extension?  

Hi folks, I may have a special challenge regarding the installation of packages via curl command in AEM 6.5 (on prem). There are many posts related to "how to curl", but none fitting to this problem.   We use this shell commands in a script for uploading - and in an later step - installing packages.   curl -u $user:$pwd -F package=@"/${package_name}" -F force=true http://$host:$port/crx/packmgr/service/.json/?cmd=upload    curl -u $user:$pwd -X POST http://$host:$port/crx/packmgr/service/.json/etc/packages/xxx/<package_name>?cmd=install --progress-bar   This works smooth as butter so far.    But recently we are working on a new site and the new created package from our development is like a main-package. By this I mean, we can upload and install this package in the packet-manager via curl, but when I look at the result afterwards, there are 5 more sub-packages, that are NOT installed automatically.
