We have approximately 10 different Product Interest fields that reference individual pieces of collateral.  This field is a pick list so a prospect could be interested in more than one product.I'm trying to find a way to automate a follow-up message that populates links to collateral based on the lead's area of interest.  Example:If a lead is intersted in Product A then provide a link in the email to Product A collateralIf inerested in Product A & Product B provide link to Product A & B CollateralIf interested in Product B & C and not A then provide a link to Product B & C Collateral only.If anyone has an easy solution to this I would greatly appreciate it.

I have figured out how to change link colors and remove the text-decoration in the html code, but is it possible to do it for the calendar file links?

    Yesterday I noticed our API Usage was at 968%.  I ran the API report within Salesforce to check the last 7 days of history and they are all in the 400k range and all coming from Marketo.  Do you know what is happening and how to fix?

I am trying to understand Trigger - Visits Web Page. I want to create a campaign that I will call Web Power User for those known contacts that visit our website (with Munchkin code) at least 10 times in the last 90 days. I created the following Smart List:All Filters applyTrigger – Visits Web PageWeb Page contains mycompanyname.com/Date of activity in past 90 daysMin number of times 10Is anonymous False I picked up three names but don’t completely understand the behavior. Web Activity reporting would indicate a much larger number of contacts visited my web page in the last 90 days so I know the data is there. Not sure how date of activity “past 90 days” becomes part of the listening?Any information you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is it possible to resend leads through a campaign that I set up before to run through only once?  Or do I need to set up a new campaign?

How do I understand what my current day's SOAP API count is?

I want to back into some deduping by deleting a list of 13k or so leads in SFDC (we have our sync up and running fully, so should quickly be marked as deleted within Marketo) and then uploading them via Marketo to ensure that any leads that are duplicates are deduped.I did this earlier, and I'm pretty sure it didn't work; there's not many dupes showing, but almost all of them came back as non-dupe leads. My sales director is convinced this is wrong, so I'm turning to the community - if a lead is deleted in Salesforce, I've waited for the API sync to go, and then re-uploaded that lead via a list upload, would it revive the deleted dupe lead or would it properly dedupe into another existing variant of the lead?Complicated question, I suppose, and I'm kinda confused.Thanks.

Hi All,I'm fairly new to workspaces and partitions and am wondering if you guys have any tips around syncing to Salesforce.com for an org that has multiple partitions, not all of which should be synced with SFDC.Here's the setup that I have:Worspace: Corporate Partition A Partition B Partition C Partition D Workspace A Partition A Workspace B Partition B Workspace C Partition C Workspace D Partition D Only A and B should be syncing back to SFDC, and C and D should never go to Salesforce.com. How do you keep the sync to SFDC clean? Do you create a "Sync to SFDC" smart campaign in the Corporate workspace with conditions about partitions? ie Smart List = Partition A + B, Flow "Sync to SFDC"? Is there anything else I'm missing? Any thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated!  

Hello Marketo! We are cleaning up our Marketo and SFDC fields and deleting some fields on the SFDC-side that aren't in use.  I have one field in particular that I am attempting to hide in Marketo that was used in a Run Action to List, but when I click to hide it, I receive the error message: "This field is in use. Remove the reference of this field and try again" Obviously, when I click on the Run Action to List, I can not remove the field from it.  Currently, this is the only campaign that is still asscoiated with this field.  Does anyone have a work-around for this?  Thanks in advance!

Is it possible for the sales teams to add multiple leads to a marketing campaign through MSI? I know they can select and add multiple leads to campaigns (in the lead or contact tabs) but this would just add that record to that campaign in SFDC, correct? It wouldn't actually be requesting a campaign?Is this available or is there a work-around I could set up for the team?Thanks!

Hello all -In what format should a date/time value be passed into Marketo via the Web Service API?  We are setting up an API call and are having problems with getting this data to populate in Marketo.  This date/time field is synced to Salesforce, where the format is MM/DD/YYYY 11:11 AM.Thank you in advance for your help.

Sales wants me to remove everyone from a specific partner of ours from our quarterly newsletter, except for one name. How do I adjust my smart list so it still removes the others from that partner, but then adds in this one person to the send? Can I manually add this one person?Thanks!

This is such a dumb question, I am embarassed to ask it, but I cloned some forms and gave the clones dummy names while I was testing. Now that the test looks good, I want to change their names, but I can't seem to find any way to do that. How is it done?Thanks

I need a token that will work like the add to calendar function, but for an email. Instead of clicking on the token and having a new, pre-populated appointment pop up in their email browser, I would like a new, pre-populated email to pop up with all the information of the event their attending so they can send the email to their friend. I have looked at the forward to a friend link but it is not what I am looking for. Thanks for any help/advice

Hello there,I was working on a landing page and i wanted to use tokens so that whenver a lead clicks on the link and goes to the landing page it'll so there name. Right now i have an email template that i'm going to send to the leads. The email template has options for the students so when they choose what they want to do it'll take them to a landing page accordingly. The thing is i do not know how place the token in the landing page so it shows there name and information.ThanksMichael A.

Hello,I am needing to add an email subscribe button (link) on my web site homepage that drives people to sign-up page.  I see there are some Marketo pre-built pages. Has anyone used these pre-built pages? I know when working in Constant Contact they have a code for your home page button and a pre-built email subscribe landing page. Does anyone know if Marketo has something like this?Otherwise my thought is to just create a landing page and link the homepage button to the landing page. The landing page would include a form to subscribe. Thanks,Katie

I'm planning to use the SOAP API to synch with our database. I have exported the field names from Admin | Field Management, but I don't see one for the Marketo Lead ID. Many of the SOAP API calls (e.g., syncLead) are looking for a "Marketo ID". I assume this is the same thing that is variously called Marketo Lead ID, Lead ID or just ID when I am viewing data in a list. I have created a MarketoID field in my database; how do I map it to Marketo? 

I am a new user and have been trying for 2 hours to insert an image in an email and then create a link to a URL, but it is not working so I am doing something very wrong. I am in the email editor I have inserted an image that I uploaded to the Design Studio I have sent a test email and the image shows up fine I click on the image and click on the link icon as I would normally do with plain text I paste in the URL, but the dialog simply clears itself once I click the Insert button

We would like to offer two different form options for managing email preferences and unsubscribing - one for our clients, one for prospects. I set up the segmentations. I would like to link to the manage email preference landing page from the system unsubscribe footer that goes out automatically at the bottom of each email. I'm trying to figure out how to use dynamic content and snippets to accomplish this but can't figure out how to either add a snippet in the email admin section to send them to the correct page depending on their status, (default email settings, system unsubscribe link section) or to create a email preference landing page where the form is dynamic - i.e. where the landing page shows one form for members, one form for prospects. I'm hoping there's a way....Love any suggestions anyone has. Thanks!
