Has the limitation on the number of values in smartlist been increased? I just pasted 500 values and it worked. Sorry if I missed a comms somewhere..

Hi -We're seeing an issue where our MKTO member status are set correctly in the program, but when we check the campaign in SFDC the campaign member statuses are set to the default. This hasn't happened before -  has anyone experienced this and does anyone have a fix?

We are currently using a landing page/form as a way for our guests to check in/register at an event.  We noticed that then the form is submitted and refreshes, the field sets contain the information previously entered.  Is there anyway to clear out the field set after each submission?  We prefer if this could be automatic and not a manual process. 

We've just implemented BrightTALK and want to customize the 'lead source' field from "Event Partner" - has anyone had experience with how to do this?ThanksTim

Hi,When I import a list from a csv. file, in the preview Marketo automatically assigns any empty columns to 'Phone Number' as the default value. I then have to manually change each of these to IGNORE, which is quite time consuming.Is there any easy way to change this default value back to IGNORE?

So I'm hoping to clarify this...I want to send out a response email to everyone who clicked a link in a previous email. So I set up a new smart list but was wondering if I could just used the 'Clicks Link in Email' trigger to accomplish this, or if I need to go with 'Opens Email' and add the filter 'Clicked Link in Email' set to 'On or After' the date of sending.Basically, if I just use the tirgger, will it only apply to people clicking from today forward or will it apply to those who have gone before?Thanks!

Hello,I need to mass update the "Lead Owner" field in Marketo so that I can send interesting moment notifications to the right user.  What would be the easiest way to do this given that I am using Marketo in conjunction with Dynamics 2011?  Thanks!

So I'm new and this may be built in and easy as can be, but I want to trigger a response email to a link clicked in a previous email. This is a short enough list of leads, maybe 40 in this case, but a number of them clicked the link more than once. I do not want them to receive the response email more than one time. Do I add a trigger filter that essentially uses "Was Sent Email" and "is not" with the response email selected? Thanks for your help!

I would like to be able to control where progressive profiling fields appear in the form, instead of being forced to have them appear at the end of the form. For example: First name last name <insert 2 progressive profiling demographic fields> email enewsletter subscription check box Have any of you found a work around for a similar use case that makes this possible? I'm ending up with duplicate leads in Marketo because we convert anonymous users to leads with associateLead and Munchkin, but also have Salesforce sync setup to add custom objects such as customer order data into Marketo.I've read some documentation that says to 'solve' this by only adding leads in Marketo, but I don't think that's an option for me. I need behavioral data from Munchkin so I can see what pages users are viewing on the site. Eventually, the user will (hopefully) place an order on our site which will create custom Order objects in Salesforce and the lead and custom objects from Salesforce will be synced back to Marketo - thus creating duplicates.Since I need both Munchkin data and Salesforce data, how can automatically make this data merged and not worry about duplicates?Thanks!

Hi,I have an email that's had a draft A/B test under it for a while. I want to either edit it or delete it and create a new one. I was able to edit it but for some reason whenever I go to approve the test it says "NOT ALLOWED" so then if I go to delete it, it gives me the message "Error Deleting Test Group".Anyone else have this issue?Thanks!

Hello,We are currently using the Web Service API to update lead information.  However, when that information is updated, it is updating other values in different fields that we would rather not have overwritten.  If I decided to block field updates from Web Service API for those fields, will the API call return an error and not update any fields or will it continue to function properly without updating the other fields?Thank you in advance!

I have the campaign rule set, so that each lead only recieves the email 1 time, however, does that mean each lead or each email address? I might have 3 people at 1 company that uses the email address info@xyz. My smart list might pull all 3 contacts into my program, but when it comes time to send, I want to know if the rule is set to send to 1 email 1 time. 

Am I the only one whose is disappointed over the costs associated with the marketing calendar for more than 5 users? Over 2 years ago we were sold on switching to Marketo in large part because of this "just around the corner" release of the calendar.   Now two years later mid-year, after I'm sure most of us are locked down in budgets, to add on additional costs to user teams just doesn't sit well with me. Will the Admin user at least not be included in the 5 free users?

Hey,I've been getting this question so I just wanted to clarify. I understand that if sent from MSI to mass number of leads, each is tracked. But from Outlook, only the first lead is tracked. Is this correct?Happy Friday!

Hello,In the new Marketo Calendar, when you share your view does anyone know if the url given is static or it will continously change? By this I mean, if I want to share the monthly view with my colleagues will they be able to view the calendar dynamically or they will only view the version of the calendar I had when I sent them at first.

Hello!I am wanting to delete a batch of leads from Salesforce that already have a lead owner assigned to them.If I use a smart campaign to delete the leads from Salesforce, will that remove the lead owner assignment as well?My concern is that I do not want the leads syncing back to Salesforce, unless the lead becomes marketing qualified in the later future.Please help!

Hello Marketo Community!We just received our update to the UI and Calendar today.  Ahead of the reduction to 5 free calendar users per customer in August, I was looking to set up the calendar permissions sooner rather than later.  It doesn't look like they are currently available though.  Does anyone already have the ability to see the role permission for calendar today or know when they will be available? Thank you in advance.

Hi all,I'm trying to connect ON24 to our Marketo account and when I enter the Client ID and Client Key provided by ON24 I'm getting an error that reads, "Invalid credentials found while checking history key". Anyone know if this is an ON24 error or something I'm missing in Marketo?Thanks for your help!Rachel
