We have a marketo form integrated into our website. Recently we noticed that the number of completed forms that we are receiving has dropped dramatically. All this is happening while the number of visits to the form pages are increasing. A percentage of customer have recently been informing us that when they click the "submit" button, it changes to "please wait" and they are never transfered to a thank-you page. We are receiving some completed forms, but based on the lead database activity that I am seeing on the sample request form page, we are losing the majority of completed forms. Any ideas on what can be wrong with the code?Here's an example of a sample form http://www.alomone.com/FreeSample.aspx?Product=5969Every one of our products has such a form.Thanks

Hello,I would like that we don't give additional scoring when a lead downloads more than 3 assets a day or 5 assets a week.In other words, if we are giving +10 for white papers. I would like that people don't get more han 30 points per day for white paper downloads or 50 points a week. Our marketing ops team say that I cannot have 2 limitations for a scoring (day and week limit) and that the only constraint is "run once every xx". Do you confirm? How would you then translate my limit ? every 34 hours?

Hello,I created my engagement program and leads have run through the first email already.  I would like to add another group of leads to this engagment program now, but I sent them the same email as Email #1 in the engagment program through a smart campaign.If those two emails have different names will the engagment program send the newly added leads Email #1 again? Or will it know based on some other logic that they have received that email already and just send Email #1 when the next cast is run?Thank you,Desiree

Why isn´t it possible to drag and drop different kinds of boxes, fields etc. on the layout?Every month our newsletter is different and it would be easier to the drag and drop fields than code those on a layout!

Hello,I am trying to find a solution for an issue I am having.I am using the same contact form on multiple Marketo landing pages and use the embed code instead of the drag and drop form. I am doing this because I need to use the Forms 2.0 JS to control a few of the forms fields and follow-up pages. The issue I am having is the form does not pre-populate when using the embed code even though its on a Marketo landing page. if I drag a form on the landing page instead of using the html it pre-populates correclty.Any help would be very appriceated.-Anthony

Hi All,Is there anyway of having a single form (embedded in your website) within a single program  to distribute different content when someone fills it in based on certain criteria or trigger.The form will not be hosted on a Marketo landing page so the std. "fills out form" criteria would not work since constraints such as web page would not allow external URL's.Thanks in AdvanceChris

This is a bizarre question...I'm looking at outlier lead scores (off the charts high) and am finding that these leads are clicking every single link in every email we send (company site, social media links, terms and conditions, and all links in the email body). Even more strange, the time stamp of every link click is the same -- as it shows in SFDC Insights. I've seen about a dozen of these so far. Has anyone seen anything like this? 

I'm using the new editor and adding a hidden checkbox field to trigger a sales alert, but for some reason (unlike the old form editor) it isn't prefilling the drop-down menu for default value. If I want this hidden checkbox to be "checked", so I write "YES" or "CHECKED" for default value? 

Say I have multiple campaigns that all run with the trigger Lead is Created. Any suggestions on how I can control the order that they execute. For example,Campaign 1: Lead is created, changes status to x if y.Campaign 2: Lead is created, change status to b if c. I know I could do a "Wait for 5 minutes" in the flow for one of them, but that causes delays and not a good solution as I scale.Let me know if anyone has any thoughts!Thanks,Mike

We've got a landing page that's working in all browsers except for IE9. We've tested the page in IE10, Chrome, Firefox and Safari and it works fine...but the majority of our viewers will be using IE9. Any tips on getting this to work? We opened a support ticket, but wondering if anyone else had issues?

I have been setting up smart campaigns and I keep coming back to this question:If you have a smart campaign and set up a flow do all of those action happen in that order or at once? The numbering makes it appear like an order.For example: If I have for (1) Wait 3 Days (2) Send an Email 1 (3) Wait 10 days (4) Send an Email 2 will both the emails send after the first "Wait 3 Days" and then both the emails send after the "Wait 10 Days", ORWill it go in order so it sends the next email after 3 days and then 10 days from the start of the action it will send the second email?

I want our leads (or contacts) to be in only 1 engagement program. I have 2 generic programs, 4 solutions programs, and I will have dozens of industry specific programs. The moment we know someone is in Road Logistics they will initially be manually added to the road logistics program (via Salesforce). But at the same time the current engagement program (might be a generic or solutions program) should stop immediately.Details: Smart trigger is activated via SF MSI. The flow should not only add to the engagement program, but also change cadence for any other engagement program the lead is a member of.I don’t want to list all my programs in each flow step. It will become a nightmare at some point. What would be a smarter way to do this? Or should the we be able to select: member of engagement program, program IS ANY. If so, change cadence to paused.

If I hide a salesforce field from marketo, will the previous data be deleted in Marketo?Also, if Salesforce hides records from Marketo, what happens to the records in Marketo if it was previously unhidden?
