Scheduling option to activate triggers (can schedule expiration but not activation!) 'Fills out form' filter - badly need a 'time' constraint e.g fills out form between these time parameters For event channels we don't have 'recipient time zone' option but we do for email campaigns eg newsletters! its more important for events! Additional calendar file options than just ICS. Send all assets in one go to your email for testing. Rather than having to send individually!
General thought/feedback for Adobe Workfront-for L&C/proofing queues, I wish there was a box we could check that stated "make the same proof due at the same time and date for all steps" and automatically applied for each group Right now you have to manually set the dates instead of allowing them to all be the same. Tedious and time consuming.
It would be nice if I could set up different “levels” of aggregator functions / expressions. I have run into this problem a couple of times but especially when trying to get correct percentages but my example will be simple. I am trying to create a report to look at Users and their hours. User YTD Hours is a set number that will be the same in base row. (non grouping row)In the 1st grouping, I need the aggregator to MAX so I can see the correct number of hours for the Owner.In the 2nd grouping, I need the aggregator to SUM so I can see the correct number of hours that total for two of the Owners.In the 3rd grouping, I need to the aggregator to SUM again so I can see the total number of hours on a company level. My Idea: Set them up like the groupings. Make the last aggregator function the same for the next groupings if no more is needed or written in.Example:aggregator.0.function=MAXaggregator.0.valuefield=aggregator.0.valueformat=aggregator.1.function=SUMaggregator.1.valuefield=aggregator.1.valueformat=aggregator.2.function=SUMaggregator.2.valuefield= (Since this would be the same as previous aggregator function, it would not need to be written)aggregator.2.valueformat=

As of now, I am only able to select 1 Variable at a time to edit Privacy Labels. Since Adobe Analytics is set out to have multiple eVars, props and success events. Changing every Data Label for every Variable is going to take me alot of time. I would either like to see a simple upload option - since there is already a download csv option. Or just make it possible to select multiple Variables in the UI.
Description - One of the biggest selling points of Adobe Target to marketers is the ability to greatly reduce IT dependence. One of the most common scenarios I see is marketers who want to limit the number of "impressions" a given offer is displayed to a visitor, aka "suppression logic" such as only show this a maximum of 3 times, but this seems to require writing custom JS in profile scripts, which invites the need for a specialized front-end developer, as most marketers I've seen aren't adept at writing even basic JS.Why is this feature important to you - Because I'm trying to evangelize Adobe Target as best in class to marketers, but it's difficult when even basic asks require JS to set up.How would you like the feature to work - In the experience tab there could be a dropdown to limit the number of impressions a given experience can be presented to the same visitorCurrent Behaviour - You need to write a custom profile script or publish an Analytics segment to the cloud, but there is a limit of just 75 of those allowed, so that's a hard sell to marketers to use that option for each activity running in Target.
We have always had the need to tie expenses to our Workfront projects, but have found the functionality to be lacking. In particular, our organizational and governance structure requires the support of multiple teams throughout the budgeting/invoicing/payment process and no single person or team truly owns the overall process. It is also important to note, that our finance/accounting teams use a different software, so we are looking at integrations between the tools. Until then, we would like the ability to more thoroughly track our invoice process within our work management tool so everything is in one place. Ideally, we would like expenses to be more closely integrated with requests/issues. If an expense could be submitted like an issue, it would allow us to: Provide a space for documents to be attached Attach approval processes and routing rules Associate statuses with the expense/invoice process Convert (if necessary) into an expense line item (like requests being converted to tasks); we don't actually need the conversion, but we would want these issues/requests to appear under the expenses tab like they do currently. I'd like the ability to simply set a flag light "inlinediting=no" when I want to turn-off inline editing on a specific column of information.We had to work-around some limitations in Workfront that tied the value of one field to another field so closely that I want to make sure that dependency kicks-off any time someone changes data in the first field (such as doing mock cascading fields). Since this dependency doesn't carry over into to reports I want to force users back to the custom form to make changes. To do THAT I need to be able to disable inline editing for that field.Doing it by leaping into text mode and doing some calculation on the value to stop it from being editable is very kludgy and non-intuitive.

In many cases, automatic resource leveling is a critical feature because it automatically takes care of numerous, very complicated timeline adjustments that are difficult or impossible to do manually. However, it is unusable in the very common scenario where there are multiple assignees. This idea is to request that resource leveling is not canceled with multiple assignees. I would throw in there also that resource leveling be compatible with the Effort Driven duration type and any other features it is currently not compatible with. Hello All,Profile scripts are code snippets defined within Target using a form of server-side JavaScript. Using Profile Script we're targeting Visitors based on their behavioral information/segment filtering. For Our Client we have created many Profile Scripts to target visitors based on visitor behavior across site. Few times i had mistakenly edited/modified the profile script which is in LIVE and it affected many activities which is in LIVE, for resolving this i had contacted Customer service and they provided me the previous version of script by checking the Adobe Target Server Splunk Log and it took very long time to resolve this and also we can't always do the same to resolve this and few times i had developed the code again from the scratch since those are High Priority Activities. For Avoiding this i'm strongly Suggesting/Recommending here to Add/Include Version/Revision feature to Profile Scripts.Thanks,Charles
Would be useful to get a sense of time spent on our proofs by licensed (Work or greater) and for that time to roll up to the project it is attached. This should be in a way simpler than managing the proof plus the separate task. It should also improve the time tracking for proofs and where it is being applied within the job for better insights into this ongoing pain point. Let me know if I need to rewrite this to be clearer.
Description -In the financial services industry access management has become a critical issue. It would be great to have an easy way to restrict our users from sharing Proofs with non-recognized users. We think we can restrict this somewhat, but once anyone is in the Proof, they can go to the share icon and type in anyone's email address and send a link to the Proof.Current Behaviour - Today anyone tagged in a Proof can share it with anyone, anywhere. That presents a problem when you're trying to control access.
We'd like to have an option in Workfront Fusion to send repeated notifications when a Scenario is made inactive by Workfront Fusion because a connection is no longer valid. When a Scenario is made inactive through the Workfront Fusion platform at this time we may receive one notification that the scenario was set to inactive by Fusion. We encountered a situation recently where a notification was not sent due to a connection error and caused a Fusion Scenario to be down for an extended amount of time. Having the ability to send repeated notifications would ensure minimal downtime the next time a connection is severed unexpectedly.

Let's say, for example, they change something in the configuration of a report suite. For purposes of coverage, as well as on agency projects and corporate wide initiatives, to have co-(or more) project owners. We would like the ability to add multiple owners, either within the project owner field or as a separate field for additional owners.This would also help us in onboarding our agencies into workfront, since we use the sponsor section to add them to the projects.
Description -For projects that include an approval process, there is no way to create a report that groups projects by the approval stage they currently reside in (stage 1,2,3...etc) or by the user/team assigned as an approver. My users need to have clear visibility only on the projects they need to action/approve. Right now, they only see that on their home page via the "Awaiting my approval" widget- which is not efficient. As someone who intends to leverage the approval process feature in projects, there needs to be a way to create refined reports that can pull the specific data that we need. Why is this feature important to you - Needed for enhanced reportingHow would you like the feature to work - As described aboveCurrent Behaviour - Under the current setup, a report can be created to pull all projects that are "Pending Approval" with a column "Approvers & Status" that shows the approval stage and which team needs to action it. Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: This request is about the Content Transfer Tool, which can be improved for insufficient disk cases. Use-case: AMS instance with the S3 Data Store has been prepared for the very first initial extraction. Extraction started with about 400GB asset content. After about 1 hour, it failed. The logs forwarded to the Adobe Support. They noticed the following statement on top of the output.log, see attached zip file : Check Size results: Migration Set size: 381.247 GB Node store size: 2.202 GB Data store size: 379.045 GB Node count: 20,764,479 Free disk space (crx-quickstart dir): 24.398 GB You do not have enough disk space in the crx-quickstart subdirectory of the source AEM instance to perform this extraction. You need to increase disk space by 51.486 GB or reduce the migration set size. Current/Experienced Behavior: CTT tried to run all extraction steps, until a failure occurred for the obvious root cause. Improved/Expected Behavior: The error gets logged with the prefix ERROR and the extraction halts immediately. Description - Ability to notify when an audience activation (dataflow) expires. Why is this feature important to you - Currently when a segment has been activated to a destination there is an end date placed upon the activation. When the end date of the activation dataflow a notification is not present to the CDP system and or user who has setup the activation.How would you like the feature to work - Before the dataflow is end date of the audience is set to expire, please send out a notification via alert and or email notifications.Current Behaviour - An audience can be activated to a batch destination, but an end date is specified. There is not an ability to be notified when an dataflow activation is in range of its end date.
