View Only permission for Analysis WorkspaceNew

I am looking for a way to create a View Only permission for Analysis Workspace. Don't want users to be able to create any new Projects, just to view the Projects shared with them.If all users can access Adobe Workspace and create their own Projects, it appears that all data within Adobe is easily accessible to all users with an account. Let say that there are specific reports and information that the company only want to share with a limited group of people. If all users are able to create their own projects and reports, there is a risk that they will replicate reports and view information that is not intended for them. It is very important that I can make a clear separation within the workspace between users who can create projects/reports and users who only have read rights to projects and therefore cannot create their own projects/reports.There are workarounds available at the project level: "share with anyone" method or share and schedule project”. This will prevent users from editing or making updates to the project while allowing them to view its contents. For this, they do not even need access to the product. But these methods, unfortunately posed a significant security risk, as it made company reports accessible to all individuals inside and outside the company. This is too risky for sensitive data.In conclusion, can you take into consideration the development of a new feature for Adobe Analytics, that allow the client to be able to give view only rights to a specific user/group of users?Thank you in advance.

Adobe Analytics - Manage ALL #TagsNew

Description - Please add the functionality to MANAGE TAGs just like we currently have the ability to manage any number of other Components: Why is this feature important to you - Tags are spread out over MULTIPLE components and can exist in many different incarnations as they can be created by different people.  The purpose of Tags is to make searches easier, but if we have the ability to manage them from a central location, we can then standardize and improve them for easier searches and optimize the use of our components and Workspaces. How would you like the feature to work - Just like we can currently manage other components, we need a page for Tags, but in this case, provide filters for all of the relevant Components off to the side.Example:FIRST provide the ability to see ALL tags, listed in ALPHABETICAL order, and then provide a summary of all components they are associated with.It should be possible for us to click on any Tag to view it individually and see every component associated with that tag.We should be able to edit a tag if we open it.  For instance, if a tag has been in existence as ALL CAPS, we can rewrite it as lowercase and save it so that it is updated as lowercase across ALL components with which it is associated. This should be an ADMIN-level only functionality. Current Behavior - There is currently no decent way to edit or manage Tags en masse.  The only way I have found that works in any kind of fairly decent manner is to select a number of components, and then choose Component Actions, click Tag, and then I can either Edit or Add tags. from that point. OR

Stakeholder Register (AKA People tab) - adding stakeholders to the project without assigning tasksDeclined

Today, the People tab inside of Workfront is pretty useless. The update all option generates a very small text box without formatting and doesn't allow the ability to create a good update to the project team (AND OTHERS that aren't assigned tasks). To create a real communications register I would like to be able to ADD PEOPLE to this tab and select a role for people that ARE NOT assigned a task. Users in Workfront and people with a simple email address. When you "Add People" you should have the option of adding non-Workfront users (even outside parties with an email address) so you can create a communications register. There are many people that may want to be informed about the project without being assigned a task or as the sponsor. Add User would allow adding a non-assigned user with a general role like; Stakeholder, Key Stakeholder, Interested Party (or use the RACI matrix even). Then, when you have selected user or users and do the Update All button it should be a wide screen & Rich Text box to update the users.Future enhancements could even include linking specific elements from within the project (i.e. the Gantt chart view or open issues list or a built-in dashboard tab (i.e. we have a Status Report tab that is a dashboard within every project.Optimal would be when you do the UPDATE ALL option that you see a list of the users and their role (more like a table vs the way it is today). This creates an in-app process for communicating that cannot be done today.
