Hello,So by reading this article. I'm left with the impression that I should be able to trigger a transactional message via an API using CRM ID. However, I was not able to find an example of how this is implemented anywhere else.Can someone please help confirm that I can indeed trigger a transactional message through Adobe Campaign via CRM ID only?How would the API call for this type of request look like?Alex

Could someone help me to download multiple files from S3 using File Transfer.Let's say I have three files:      MyFile_08_10_US_11.csv      MyFile_09_11_DE_12.csv      MyFile_09_11_US_12.csvI tried downloading the files 1 and 3 using MyFile_*_US_*.csv ,But it is not working.

I'm seeing an error while trying to send a transactional email in the execution logs:​XTK-170036 Unable to parse expression '@emailFormat'.'emailFormat' attribute unknown (see definition of 'head:EVTwelcome' schema).This started happening within the past day, here's the logs showing older emails going through: https://www.screencast.com/t/H07Lljyu8dg2019-07-30_0939. I recently saw a popup saying the adobe instance I'm working in was upgraded. I'm not too sure if emailFormat is a piece specific to the instance I'm working in or not, it seems relatively generic but I'm not really sure. Is this the telltale sign of a misconfigured event/transactional email or is it more likely to be something else?

Just like any other database when adding columns to a huge table we are having issues if number fields is defaulted to zeros, because it is trying to update the existing records. Please let me now how we can enforce the nulls to numeric fields instead of default property. 

I see the document for ACC has details for capacity rules, but what about ACS? Is there only the option for fatigue, which would be at the recipient level and not an overall email send cap per day? I have a request to cap the amount of unique deliveries being sent per day. Before we go down a different path to make this happen, is there a built in mechanism to replicate the capacity functionality from ACC?

All, Trying to confirm some logic I using in constructing a not so simple Customer Journey where: 1) An email is sent instructing a recipient to subscribe to a weekly program being offered through a landing page2) The client would like to use the Landing Page information (email) to trigger the email confirmation message based 1 of the 3 scenerios:     A) If the submission is a current profile that has and Opt-Out flag of NO they would get a confirmation of being added and begin the customer Journey..OR     B) If the submission is a current profile that has and Opt-Out flag of YES they would need to go through a Double Opt-in confirmation before they can begin the      customer Journey...OR     C) If the submission is a NEW profile they would need to go through a Double Opt-in confirmation before they can begin the customer journeyBased on what I'm reading regarding Landing Pages and Subscription services: I would need them to subscribe to the program via LP. All, I'm trying to create a Landing Page where the Location>Country Code/Region  (@country) can be selected and captured during the process. I don't see 'List' being an option in the HTML Type of Field. I tried manipulating the Source Code - but when I selected the Country from code, the Profile did not save the Country Code. How can I create a Drop Down List on the Landing Page that will allow me to select the data from the Location>Country Code/Region schema and populate this data in the Profiles table?

Hi guyswe are implementing sms with ACS. It seems that whenever someone is trying to opt-out of text through sms provider, ACS is putting these in Quarantine instead of unsubscribing from profile. Is there a way to update the subscription instead of quarantine ?

Hi,While working on external accounts, there is an option for external database. I was not able to find any information or documents regarding this in standard docs. Any idea on how does it work . I could see multiple DBs here. Does it work like FDA connection in classic?. Please share the details in case any body is using it or guide to the documentation. Thanks!

I created a mirror page URL content block and wanted all of the text, including the link, to be gray. The text is gray in every email client that I tested except for Outlook when I view on my desktop (here it's blue). Hi,Is there a way to get exactly-once delivery while using the transactional APIs for sending emails (Within some short window)? The status codes do not provide the sufficient information - Adobe Campaign Standard API . The issue is specially in case of any gateway issues like 502, 503, 504 there is no way for the client's to know that a retry wouldn't cause a duplicate email to be sent out. Looking for some guidance here.

Is there a way to cc or bcc a user while using events and transactional emails? I would also like to know if these could be used to send an email to a group of users. This question seems to indicate that this cannot be done however I want to verify that's the case since this is a few years old: Send CC/BCC to individual recipients.​ I don't believe the workaround in the linked answer will work. In the use case I have I would like to bcc different people while the linked one seems to indicate it would be a single user for all emails. Any tips or tricks are appreciated.

Hello,I'm having an issue where dynamic content is adding weird hidden characters above and below the variant blocks. There's no way to remove this and it's being included in the send, breaking my emails. Can I have multiple sender addresses and reply to addresses in my Adobe Campaign instance ?With our business units becoming more focused we will be creating a regional / business unit variable so that each team can manage the sender addresses and the reply to addresses. What kind of Named rights and/or grants to folders Operator should have to use Alert in Workflows?Situation:I created Operator group with most Named rights (besides of admin and delete)I granted access to most or even all folders in tool.With this operator rights I tried to use Alert in Workflow.It's possible to create object but when Workflow runs it stops at alert activity with error:Target:I would like to create Operator group which could use Alerts in Workflows.Proposal:Please share your thoughts Is the feature restricted to Admin only or it's somehow possible to grant to operators?Pls help!!Mateusz
