Hi There, Is it possible to customise content components in email designer, so they meet bespoke branding when dragged in as a starting point.e.g.* HTML starts with preferred font-size, colour, padding* Buttons start with preferred border, border radius, font-size, colour, background colour* Social have preferred logos and links I guess this could be achieved to a degree through fragments (which are then unlocked) but I wondered if content components could be customised to meet business needs. Thanks David

Hello, I wonder if the following steps are possible to do in adobe campaing and how could I do it. Step 1: Select a set of clients based on criteriaStep 2: On each of those clients, execute a javascript, which will return a different result for each client (this JS will do a call to the API and get a code).Step 3: Insert the data of each client, including the data obtained in step 2 (the code), in the email template and send it. I really appreciate if someone helps me with this doubt.Thanks,Sara

Hi,We have configured the SMS vendor in ACS instance under external account. And adobe team confirmed that the configuration is correct. And then I have tested the SMS configuration by triggering  test SMS to few customers(Mobile numbers are valid and not in DND list). But the status of SMS delivery is in "pending status". Could you please help me ,to find the issue/fix the issue.And Could you please let me know that from where can i get the MTA log file?  Thanks.

Hi,  I would like further detail on when ACS stitches the ECID to the profile. Does this happen only once a profile clicks from an email to one of our website properties that contains the ECID service? What about on just email opens? I would like to share an audience of "email opens" to AAM for targeting using ECID. Is this possible? Or do they need to have clicked through? Thanks in advance

Hi Team, We are designing landing page with certain attributes and service. We are getting all values in the first part of landing page. But, When We click on the submit button i.e. of action type another confirmation page is being displayed where we have put firstname & lastname from the profile table. Both these values are not getting picked from the profile.Can you please let me know if it is possible to display personalized field values in confirmation page of browser? Thanks,

I am trying to send a proof to recurring delivery following the steps given in this question.However, everything works fine when i use "Definition of a specific proof target". But, if I use "Substitution of address" I get an error as given below:I have no personalization field in my email template. I tried disabling all typologies rule, but no success. I also removed click and open tracking formula, but no success. I am not sure where where this @id is getting inserted into the recurring delivery. How to resolve this error?Does recurring delivery proof works with "Substitution of address"? If not, then how can we test the deliveries which has personalized field populated from workflow table data (e.g data from a file?) i.e. targetData.<fieldName>

Hi,I'm extracting a file and would like to include the campaign name in the filename.<%= instance.label %> gives me the workflow name. This works perfectly.In the script drop down I'm given the option to navigate to the Campaign level and select the following '<%= instance.operation.label %>', however on extract this supplies a blank and populates the filename with nothing.I have the Campaign Name in the target data in the transition prior to the data extract. Can I use this? If so how? Thanks in advance.

We are trying to integrate AEP Mobile App with ACS. The current flow if I understand right below is the flow of subscription from Mobile App to ACS: For subscription in ACS "registrationToken" is required attribute as address to send the push notification to. In Adobe Launch, the rule to forward the data to ACS has been configured to below:{"userKey": "<userKeySentByApp>","pushPlatform": "<push_platform_received_from_app>","marketingCloudId":"<mcid_received_from_App>","registrationToken" : "<Push ID received as part of Mobile Core>"}When we post this data to a general event listner, we see all the data as per the JSON.However when we post the data to ACS, the registrationToken does not get updated. Question:Is the above format the right way to send the registrationToken to ACS from AEP SDK Mobile App via Adobe Launch? - Thank you,Ravish Patel

How to send surveys by email using Adobe Campaign Standard?I found most of the documents related to survey are adobe campaign classic.Is there any relevant documents of survey in ACS, and if so, how to use the data returned by survey?The scenario I want to test is as follows.First, I need to send a survey to all customers.If the customer's survey score reaches 5 or more, I will send a push notification to them.Has anyone implemented a similar case? Is this case feasible in ACS?

I am a certified Adobe Campaign Classic Business Practitioner. I am trying to learn the differences between ACC & ACS.  There are a lot of differences along with similarities. Even the vocabulary seems to differ (ie profiles vs recipients). Is there an Adobe SME that knows the 2 tools and can point out the key differences between the 2? I am hoping to find some standard documentation that will help those who know ACC & are wanting to know ACS to be able to draw the connections between the two tools. Looking forward to a response. Thanks.

Hi folks, in ACS, is it possible to make a workflow to delete old content templates, fragments (hundreds of them), content blocks, etc, using query and delete activity or using script? something that could be configured possibly by date range or key word and then executed?  Thanks!

Hi All, I am trying to use the Experience cloud triggers in Adobe campaign standard. Collections section at Event configuration & Enrichment section of triggers is coming grayed and have not option/ button to add the collection. Does anyone have idea what could be the reason or this functionality is only available for Event Configuration and not for  Experience cloud triggers ?  Thank you. Regards,AR

Bonjour,Nous avons de nombreuses tables rattachées directement à notre table profil. Cependant, il n'est pas possible d'utiliser les données de nos tables pour intégrer des champs de personnalisation dans nos emails. ExempleNous avons une table "devis" qui possèdent l'intégralité des données "devis" rattaché directement au profil. Nous pouvons bien cibler dessus mais nous ne pouvons pas intégrer des champs de cette table dans nos emails.Nous avons bien la possibilité d'intégrer des champs de notre table magasin en personnalisation, c'est l'unique table. Un client est toujours rattaché à un magasin.  Avez-vous une solution ?    

In 2017 there was a connector between ACC and ACS called PRIME.I can't seem to find any content or HELP documentation on this connector. HOW can we migrate or connect all our data and email templates into ACS form ACC?  Is this connector package still available and if not can we at least get the older version of the package and tweak the code to at least give us a head start so we do not have to go through full implementation of ACS?  There is an internal wiki mentioned below.Thankyou DETAILS:Adobe Campaign Prime: an offering based on the connection between Adobe Campaign Standard and Adobe Campaign v7 (AC7). Bonjour, Je rencontre aujourd'hui un contre-temps sur Campaign.J'ai un événement temps réel avec plusieurs paramètres pour un AR de site et je souhaite enrichir cette événement avec une ressource personnalisé. Mon souci premier : impossible de sélectionné ma ressource personnalisé, Campaign ne me propose que les tables par défaut :  Alors que j'ai bien plusieurs ressource (table) personnalisé. Mon deuxième souci, c'est qu'avant tout j'ai déjà fais mes tests sur ma preprod et je n'ai aucun souci pour sélectionné mes ressource personnalisé : Je pense que je dois avoir une différence de configuration quelque part mais j'ai beau chercher je ne trouve pas où se trouve l'erreur. Est ce que quelqu'un à un idée ? Merci pour votre aide.

We used an update process to change ID values of event configurations. This was done to avoid deleting and recreating them. We changed the value from EVT<various text values> to something like '1707211'. That process worked, but after that we are no longer able to publish, we get an error of attribute or element 1707211 is invalid. When looking at schemas, I see ext:rtEvent _<Values we changed things to> all still exist even after deleting all event configurations and starting over. This includes the original values, the updated values and the values from the events we recreated. We still can't publish anything, custom resources included. Has anyone encountered this before? How can we delete the ext schemas that seem to be causing this issue?  Trying to publish the Event Configuration:The ext:rtEvent schemas created after we ran our update process on the IDs, these events have since been deleted but this remains.
