Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) is the new privacy law that harmonizes and modernizes data protection requirements for Thailand. This regulation applies to Adobe Campaign customers who hold data for Data Subjects residing in this country. In addition to the privacy capabilities already available in Adobe Campaign (including consent management, data retention settings, and user roles), we are taking this opportunity to include additional capabilities, to help facilitate your readiness for PDPA: Right to Access and Right to Delete: we are leveraging the capabilities that were added for GDPR and CCPA.  When creating a Privacy request, the PDPA regulation type has been added in the Privacy Core Service. This method is the one you should use for all access and delete requests. Whenever any changes are made in ACS content fragment (ie footer) each template  has to be refreshed manually before sending the delivery so that latest changes are reflected in the mail. Is there any way that without manual intervention content is changed in ACS template and latest changes are reflected in mail whenever changes are made in the content fragment?

Hello,We're using Clicksend to send our SMS messages.Sending a message with a maximum of 160 characters works well, as it will send everything in a single SMS. As soon as we reach 161 characters, and the message has to be sent in 2 SMSs, we never receive the message. The delivery logs indicate that the message was sent out successfully, even though we never received it, and the message doesn't even appear in the ClickSend logs.The treshhold is set to max 8 messages at once, so the issue isn't there. I'm also not aware of any limitation of the sorts in the external account. I contacted Support, who says it's an issue at the provider's side, as the logs indicate the message was sent. I also contacted ClickSend, who says the issue is at Adobe's side, as they don't have any trace of those messages arriving and being bounced or failed.I am stuck in loop between Adobe's and ClickSend's support, so the experience of the people here seems to be my last resort.Can anyone please help or sha

Scenario:- Content in ACS template is synched from AEM Whenever any changes are made in AEM template, ACS template has to be refreshed manually by clicking Refresh Adobe Experience Manager content button before sending the delivery so that latest changes are reflected in the mail.  Is there any way that without manual intervention content is changed in ACS template and latest changes are reflected in mail whenever changes are made in AEM templates?

Hi, We have two different projects with in console.adobe.io, each with a connection to the Adobe campaign API, which in turn have different product profiles. One project and instance is for staging, and one for production. We are successfully using the staging instance via REST API, for creating user profiles and triggering events, but when using the production instance in the same manner we are running into problems. I Need to randomly select coupon codes and paste it over email for profiles where the coupons does not have any relations with the profile but can be used only once. And these coupons are coming from other database and generated randomly.Please suggest what can be the best way to implement this in ACS.

Hi,  we have the need to design deliveries outside of ACS and import the HTML afterwards. We use a lot of tweeking to make the design look perfect in almost every email client.But after copy and pasting the code in the HTML view of the Email Designer, the code seems to be sanitized, e.g. some   are removed.  Is there any way to mark some code to be used literally as imported and not modified at all?

We could see sometimes the LP links (configured via UI) are breaking when we copy/paste HTML code from other template to A/B test template. Because of this, we are validating the links twice (as part of master template & A/B test template) before triggering A/B test delivery. Please advise on the below issue. Thanks,Gokul

We are attempting to schedule an hourly dynamic report to send at 15 minutes past the hour. However, the hourly report is triggering at the top of the hour no matter what is entered in the "Starting On" field. Is there another way to schedule these reports to send at a specific time every hour?Below is an example of how the report is being scheduled now. This is accessed from within the dynamic report by clicking on the Share dropdown and selecting the "Send Report on Schedule" option.Our client has indicated that having an hourly report sent 15 minutes after the hour is key to them. We're hoping that we can accomplish this by scheduling and sending the automated reports. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Hi All, Use Case:I have to send an email to customers who have purchased items. I have to send email with item image links which customers have purchased. Approach followed:I have created two schemas for this Order, OrderLineItem. I have followed the below steps in workflow.I have queried recent Order records using Query activity.Then I have used Enrichment activity to create collection(Size: 3) "itemNameImage" of Order line item and add it to temporary schema. The collection variable itemNameImage holds HTML content like <a href="@productLink"><img src="@productImage"/></a>Then I will just add the collection variable "itemNameImage" to the email as dynamic variable. Issue:The above approach works fine when each variable itemNameImage in collection holds value whose size is less than 255. When it exceeds size 255, campaign throws error as in screenshot below. Any help would be great !!

Hello, I'm trying to upload a file from Adobe Campaign Standard to S3 with a workflow, but I found this error: CRL-290003 Upload error in cURL CRL-290162 S3 upload request, received 403 http response code from AWS The same workflow worked until days ago, and the same S3 works for other workflows at the tool.  Please, someone knows how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance,Gabriel

Hi there, I'm familiar with event transactional messaging and personalising email content with context data attributes and collections (where the data is provided in the API call). I can see that it is possible to enrich the data with Adobe Campaign resources, but is it possible to enrich collection data? I have a use case where: - I need to send an order confirmation email.- I need to loop through products of the order.- I create a collection element that contains only product ID Am I able to enrich the collection with attributes from a custom resource (products table) that is maintained in Adobe Campaign standard (e.g that contains product ID and other product info like product name, price, product image etc). From what I could see, when trying to configure the enrichment only the root context attributes were available, not the collection element attributes. Hopefully this is possible. Thanks David

Hi there, I have been having issue with unsubscription of certain profiles.These profiles have ACS Id and primary key like other profiles so I dont see any issue with them.However, these profiles when clicked the unsubcription link on email got opted out but they got redirected to error page instead of confirmation page. When in debug mode, the following error shows [Error in landing page "LP20"] Profile update failed - either it does not exist or you do no have the right to update it.Unable to find document with path 'Profiles' from key '42792227' (document with schema 'recipient')  Anyone has the same experience? Any help is much appreciated!
