Hello,I have two questions about an unsubscribe landing page that I set up. First, let me say that the default unsubscribe page works, but only shows the generic branding. Plus, it's locked and won't let me update it. Question OneWhen I click on the unsubscribe link on my landing page (code below), it does not unsubscribe me, but takes me to the landing page that says that I've been unsubscribed. What do I need to do to have it actually unsubscribe me? All my events triggered are stuck, they are not processing and the execution delivery is also not getting created.What would cause my transactional messages to behave like this?

Hello, According to the official documentation peak volume of Transactional Messages is 50,000 messages per hour. What Adobe will do with those messages, that are over the limitation e.g: 55000 messages per hour? Adobe add them to the queue or will those messages failed? Hi,Find some confusing info in official documentation according to retries after a delivery temporary failureThe number of retries (how many retries should be performed the day after the send is started) and the minimum delay between retries are now based on how well an IP is performing both historically and currently at a given domain. Does it means, that retries starts 1 day + Retry period 5 minutes?Can we start retries exactly after failure?Thanks in advance,Alex

Hi all, I am currently trying to update some fields in the profile logs table by using a workflow. However, the profile logs table is simply not exposed when I try to use an "Update data" activity. Other tables that are arguably more delicate to updated/insert data (such as schema) are exposed so I find it weird that I can't see profile logs.Is there a way to modify profile logs in ACS at all? Thank you and kind regards,José

Hi,I have installed "nlserver6-v7-8857-x86_64_rh7.rpm", I have followed installation steps from Prerequisites & Installing packages  when I am trying to run any nlserver from "/usr/local/neolane/nl6/bin" getting below error "./nlserver: error while loading shared libraries: libmozjs.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"No clue how to fix this. Is it possible to monitor the transactional messages via the delivery alerting dashboard? I don't see any filtering criteria available for this, any other workaround?

Hi All, Can anyone confirm if it is possible to use functions (the ones that can be used to manipulate data in expression editor in workflows) in ACS content blocks, with the purpose of manipulating the personalised data that is generated when email deliveries prepare.e.g. hash an email address without having to store the hashed version on the profile table. Something like: <%= Md5Digest(context.profile.email)%>That specifically doesn't work, but I'd love to hear if something similar is possible.Thanks David 

Hi there, We have extended the sending logs resource to include segment code.We use this a lot on workflows in segmentation activities and subsequently use it in email deliveries for dynamic content and visibility conditions. Segment code is clearly getting stored against each sending log and is selectable when using a workflow query on that resource, or in dynamic reports.However, it is not available when configuring your view in the sending logs of a delivery.This would be really useful if it was possible, does anyone know if it can be added? Thanks David

Hi All, Is there a way to capture "current date" on an ACS landing page. I'm looking for a way to use an acquisition type landing page, linking people to a landing page from ACS email, passing through PKey to reconcile and then capture additional data through user input fields on the landing page and map them to the profile resource...... but I'd ideally like to capture the submission date and store against a custom profile date/time column. Can anyone advise if this is possible? Thanks David

Hi I have a workflow setup to extract a file and then transfer the file to the Adobe Campaign SFTP .  I am struggling as I have set the Protocol as SFTP and Quick configuration set the URL as  sftp://<mysftpurl>.com but I am getting login denied. Can a workflow not directly upload a file to the Adobe Campaign SFTP? Do I need to set the Adobe Campaign as a external account ? If so what do I set as the password?

In the same way can we get the status of In-App in the same schemas? Or Do we have any specific schemas available for In-App? Thanks in advance!

Hi,I am trying to personnalize an email with data coming from enrichment activity (additional data) but all values are undefined.I have created two queries :a query fetching one specific user (me)a query fetching all user who have received a delivery the day before today.I have enriched my profil with the unique deliveries from the second query in an enrichment box. I have created a collection of 10 in that enrichment.I would like to create a loop in order to display the collection in email delivery with a fragment by fetching this collection and displaying it as long as it it true.My fragment look like :<table><%for each(query in context.targetData){%><tr><td><%= query.query1 %></td></tr><%}%></table>All values are undefined.Please advise on how to proceed in order to fetch additionnal data in delivery in ACS Standard.Julius

My question is related to Message Center. Is it possible to substitute a ctx node value into another node at the time when our event call is being bound to the delivery template?Let's say I wish to send a SOAP event to MC using payload like the following: <ctx>    <recipient>         <firstName>xxxxx</firstName>        <fullName>Full Name is equal to: <%= ctx.recipient.firstName%></fullName>    </recipient></ctx>Inside the template I've used <%= rtEvent.ctx.recipient.fullName %>When I'm trying to send the SOAP call, the output is coming as "Full Name is equal to: " and the firstName section is blank.I'm pretty sure that my implementation is wrong and maybe it is not possible at all, but still will look forward to your inputs.
