Hi,We understand the Adobe Landing pages can be configured to unsubscribe from 1 Service OOB by going to the properties of the unsub landing page template.  Is there a way to unsubscribe from multiple services in the landing page using Radio buttons? The unsubscribe from multiple service options should be in 'Radio' button and not via check box as explained in the below documentshttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/communication-channels/landing-pages/managing-landing-page-form-data.html?lang=en#multiple-subscriptions When we try the Radio buttons in the landing page, the UI does not show the selection of existing services as it shows for Check boxes. Our Use case is as below. Customer will have the option in the landing page to unsubscribe from one of the Services created in Adobe campaign using the radio button. After the user submits the form to confirm unsubscribe it should unsubscribe from the service selected on the radio button.&nbs

I am running into empty downstream transitions, even though "with the population" is selected in transition options. In the sample shown here, no records are transitioning from the update data node to the end node.In other more complex workflows, the "assign segments" transition is empty, but the update data node still executes successfully despite 0 in and 0 out. Any thoughts on why we might be seeing these empty transitions? Everything seems to be configured correctly, and other workflows don't show this same issue despite identical workflows.  

We do a lot of testing for recurring deliveries sent from workflows, which requires us to make a single-send delivery for profile substitution. This results over time in a large amount of test deliveries in pending status, which can suck up resources, unless we want to delete the test deliveries when we're done testing and then create them again later. We'd rather avoid that approach if possible. Is there a way to cancel a pending delivery so that it is no longer pending? Looking at the UI I'm not seeing a way. I tried stopping the workflow and also tried disabling the delivery, but neither worked.

Hi Community, I need some assistance on resolving an issue with a workflow,The intersection is failing.  in the read audience, I am selecting my audienceIn the query, I am using delivery logs under resource and target dimension below is from properties in the additional, I am using below fields,  in the Intersection activity, I have  when I run the workflow, it errors out at the Intersection step, WKF-XXX Field '/@customerId' cannot be used for join with schema 'Union'.  below is the Audience content columns  Target audienceand EMAIL_ADDRESS_  are having unique values. can someone please let me know what is wrong in my set up.   

We need to transpose a large table from lines to columns. Within ACS it was not possible.Therefore we use our integrator to do this work for the ACS and return the result on another table in the ACS database.We still had to use Azure Function for the response time to be faster, in less than 1 minute, which is the timeout timeout of the ExternalApi .  

ACC: We can export the results of the queries and workflows on any screen. Just load the right mouse button.ACS: To be able to download the result of a query of some workflow is a very bureaucratic process. You have to register a public key, add on the ACS SFTP and so on. Not at all functional. In the ACC, we have the Query Editor. And from there we can do consultations without having to do WKFS. And we can still extract the results into files.I prefer the ACC much more than the ACS! In the ACC we have many more resources for developers. This is my opinion. Because I've worked with both.

I have a field to identify a group of records.I have four profiles with this group ID in a custom field in the Profile feature.My goal is to identify these profiles using enrichment features in the respective event configuration.My problem is. Why despite having four profiles identified with this group ID, why can I only receive email for one profile. Each profile has its own email address.

Hi allis it possible to have a clear reference/example of ACS capabilities in terms of javascript customization of email templates? For instance: we have some custom "product listing" requirements that are not easily implemented using out of the box functionality.We need to be able to apply some behavour on every list item, depending of some attributes and so we may need to script the iteration. For example (pseudo code): <% for (int i=0; i<productList.length; i++) {var product = productList[i];%><tr><%if (product.someproperty=='XX') {%>.....custom layout...<%}%></tr><%}%>Do you think that this is possible in ACS? Thanks.Fabio

We created a custom landing page that we want to use for a service. I created, published and added the landing page to that specific service but when I add it as a link in an email, it is giving errors. "The landing page is not currently available." When I run tests on the landing page, they all work correctly and unsubscribes the profile from the service. But I can't get it to work when adding to an email. I have tried these 3 ways:External linkUnsubscribe (navigate to the unsub custom landing page)Linking directly to the Landing PageHow do I fix this? 

Hi all, In ACS, there is text box for tracked url category but is there a way we can create a list of category selection for tracked url instead of using the text input?

Hi,I am currently setting up some scheduled workflows to extract various information regarding our email deliveries. I can export the label of the delivery no problem but I'm struggling to extract the Subject Line of the deliveries.There is a Subject option within emailPreview but each time I try and use this is gives me an error and says this field does not exist.Can anyone advise?Thanks,Bob

Hey Experience League! I am trying to generate a txt file that contains the following headers:  firstName | lastName | email | Campaign ID | Delivery ID | Delivery Label | Date Sent | Delivery Status | Unique Open (T/F) | Unique Click (T/F) The issues I am having is many of these fields are associated with different query targets. First, Last, Email = nms:profileDelivery elements = nms:deliveryLogRcp:profileDeliveryLogOpen/Clicks = nms:trackingLogRcp:profileTrackingLog I've tried to use the AND-join function but when trying to populate the columns on the Extract File element, don't have access to any deliverylog or trackinglog data.  I've tried using the enrichment element to join them on "email" so that the Extract File element can access the data, but am running into issues where I get blank columns of data.  I've tried using the advanced query, making an "If conditional query" on the @urlType = 1 (email click) to see if that mig

Our deliverability vendor is requesting we put something in place to stop the use of Bit.ly links.  We have tried educating our user base, but some just forget. Does anyone know a way to stop emails with these links from sending?  Topology rule, script, .....?

The issue I have seen several time is this. In a workflow, in the Load File process. I "Upload a new file from a local machine" this has UK sortcodes in it (e.g. in format 30-20-10). This file has about 60 columns so on the "File Structure" step I use the "Detect structure from new file" option.Then the UK bank sortcode field is auto-detected as a "Date". Before the Load File is saved and the workflow is run. I got to "Column Definition" and change the datatype for that sortcode field to "text"When I start the workflow that change to text is ignored. The Load File process fails with the error message "TIM-030002 The element 'Month' = '13' is out of limits in the strong '30-13-52'!"I agree there is no 13th month but this is a Text datatype. So Adobe campaign should not be doing that validation. When I go back into the Load File process and the File Structure, it is showing as Text.What is the simplest and most effective method of overcoming this?

Hi Community, I have a DM in ACS that was errored out on 6/19 and it says consult the log for more information, when I go to the logs its blank/empty, all I see is Target preparation failed message I think there is some retention policy for the logs stored, how and where can I find this information, also is there anywhere else I can view this log details in the UI. Thank you for the help.

I have a unique question on building reports. I have added segment code for SMS and Email deliveries and if I drang and drop at delivery level its getting nicely populated. Now I am looking at moving the segment code as a parent and i should get report how many SMS and EMAILS send .. how do we achieve this ? 

Adobe documentation says:"Note that any changes made to security groups on the admin console will be synchronized as soon as users log into Adobe Campaign."Is there a way to kick off the synchronization on the back-end? ie, without the user logging in?If I am adding multiple users, it would be helpful to log into ACS and verify that they've been added.
