I'm facing some delivery issue with my transactional email. Below is a screenshot of the overall email delivery associated with my Real Time event.But on checking the sending logs, below is what I see and I've not received any emails in my inbox as well.It's been like 5 hours now. And the status still remains 'pending'. I have taken the initiative to review my junk/spam folder, yet no deliveries have surfaced. Furthermore, I conducted an experiment by generating a new event and encountered the identical outcome. Any guidance to troubleshoot this situation would be appreciated.Thank you!CC: @satheeskannak  

Hey Everyone!  I have a workflow that creates an export file and I have it randomly select a percentage to be a holdout. I have the holdouts go to an audience every time it runs and adds a segment code. The audience is set to keep adding holdout, it doesn't replace the previous ones.  My question is can you have a workflow look at the audience and pull the profiles that were added in by date? Example: Audience = Billing POV Holdouts > Profiles added to audience in March I do have a segment code as well, can I look at when the segment code was added?  

Hi! I'm using an Union activity after Email delivery to join all profiles who received an email, continuing with an update activity to update a resource.   The issue here is that, if Union activity doesn't receive records from all inbound transitions it won't execute (it's like it keeps waiting for records from the empty inbound transition). And in my case, there're many times where I don't send specific emails (SMA_TEST3) and I want to use the Union for the others which sent emails (SMA_TEST1 and SMA_TEST2) Is there any configuration to handle that? I want to use Union even if there're inbound transitions with no records. Thanks.  

Trying to send a POST request to the Campaign API, I'm getting the following error,"No match in backends for the given tenant id."The campaign instance I'm using is a sandbox instance whose URL is https://acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox.adobe.com/ and the URL I'm trying to send the POST is https://mc.adobe.io/acsXXXus/campaign/mcAdobe/EVTcartAbandonment. I also tried changing the organization to acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox and acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox.adobeBut still I'm getting the same error. Any insights into this would be helpful. Thank you

I've imported a delivery from my production instance to staging, now I am trying to add a new email delivery to me workflow and hoping to select the delivery I've just imported, however, the wizard only allows to create a new delivery rather than selecting the delivery I've imported, what are the correct steps?

I have two different workflows and I want to add extracted data of both these flows into one single file in SFTP folder. I have ran both the workflow in same time and put the same file output name, but still it is generating two different files in SFTP with same name.

Hello,I am trying to build a recurring workflow (running daily) to send an email 3 days after a contact fills a form on a specific landing page. But I can't find a way to target only those contacts using a Query. The form only gives me the submitted fields information. How can I target those profiles everyday?Is there a way to do this using Additional Data, adding a Campaign flag? Or a GetDate() when someone submits the form?

Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable. Do you know what are the reasons why a mailbox would be unavailable? Is there any way to fix this?Cheers, C

Is there any option in ACS to make 700px default instead of 750px for structure components, we can change this value from HTML from 750px to 700px buy it will not change default value

Dear all,  I am  having problems when doing tests and the visualizations of the in apps that are created inside ACS. I have done the following steps. 1. Install in Experience Platform Data Collection the following extensions Adobe Campaign Standard, Mobile Core and Profile. I already know that I must update them.2. First doubt, there are some properties defined for push, it is necessary to define strictly one for in apps.3. Second doubt, it is necessary to define a rule inside Launch regarding in app tracking i already have one about campaign tracking that makes me understand that it is not necessary to define one for in apps.By the side of campaign apparently SDK is configured correctly and certificates are up to date. If anyone could arise me a little bit of light it would be great. I am wanting to send an email which contains content data from a file, this data is generic i.e. it doesn't relate to a specific profile, it is purely email content. I think this can be done using the API, but I am trying to find a way to do it with a Load File in the first instance if possible. 1. I want to run a query that finds the people the email is going to go to.2. Load a file with the additional data.3. Enrich each email address with the additional data4. Send email with the additional data The issue I am facing is that I have to reconcile the load file data to the profile, but there is no reconciliation as the data is generic for all profiles, I simple want to append the data to the temporary resource so I can use the content inside the email. Is there a way to do this? I thought I had a fallback method of creating a table that has the data contained inside it, so the load file updates the table with the data to be used in the email, and then I simply use t

Hi!!at our company we finally managed to send our first push in production to all our subscribers (not profiles) - adobe campaign standard. however, because all our products use the same server, the heavy number of visits at the same time almost crashed our systems and made all the products super slow. therefore, our devops team is asking us to not send push to all our subscribers at once, but to split the sending of the pushes throughout the day. is there a way for us to automatically create a push that will be sent in different times of the day to our subscribers? Something like each hour send to 10k subscribers or something like that. We are not using audiences and profiles yet. If the solution is through a workflow, any example of how it can be done?thanks in advance

Can I update a Profile's Org Unit using the Update Data activity? I have set up an acquisition landing page to collect Profiles. The business wants to collect Profiles for two different services on this landing page. The services are in different Org Units. I want to collect the Profiles as Org Unit = All (all) and then update the Org Unit to a different one. How can I do that with the Update activity? I have found this page (Updating a profile’s Organizational unit) but I want to do it within a workflow.  

how to provide visibility access of fragments in ACS to other users, As I am working on 1 fragment but others not able to see that fragments ?

I need to format a date in an email, but is not working, is this only working for adobe campaign classic and not standard? I tried formating in the query activity but didnt work, so I thought I tried in the email html body but doesnt work either,? I have a dataset with customers is and their max spending store code. I have another table with their transaction details. I need pull top 30% spenders from each store. How can I do this is ACS?

When I open the Quarantine addresses table (Administration > Channels > Quarantines > Addresses) columns like Status and Error reason show normal text. However, when I export the contents of the table thes columns are filled with numbers (codes). Where can I see which number corresponds to which text?
