Hello experts, I am seeing below error in ACS for one of our deliveries.PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: canceling statement due to user request  can someone please explain more about this error and what caused it.

I have two different workflows and I want to add extracted data of both these flows into one single file in SFTP folder. I have ran both the workflow in same time and put the same file output name, but still it is generating two different files in SFTP with same name.

Hello,I am trying to build a recurring workflow (running daily) to send an email 3 days after a contact fills a form on a specific landing page. But I can't find a way to target only those contacts using a Query. The form only gives me the submitted fields information. How can I target those profiles everyday?Is there a way to do this using Additional Data, adding a Campaign flag? Or a GetDate() when someone submits the form? 

Hi there,I have noticed that the error below is happening in most of the emails we are sending to Microsoft accounts:Email FALIED to send. Reason USER UNKNOWN. Text: 550.5.5.0. Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable. Do you know what are the reasons why a mailbox would be unavailable? Is there any way to fix this?Cheers, C

Is there any option in ACS to make 700px default instead of 750px for structure components, we can change this value from HTML from 750px to 700px buy it will not change default value

Dear all,  I am  having problems when doing tests and the visualizations of the in apps that are created inside ACS. I have done the following steps. 1. Install in Experience Platform Data Collection the following extensions Adobe Campaign Standard, Mobile Core and Profile. I already know that I must update them.2. First doubt, there are some properties defined for push, it is necessary to define strictly one for in apps.3. Second doubt, it is necessary to define a rule inside Launch regarding in app tracking i already have one about campaign tracking that makes me understand that it is not necessary to define one for in apps.By the side of campaign apparently SDK is configured correctly and certificates are up to date. If anyone could arise me a little bit of light it would be great. Hi Team, Please can you provide any help with the below issue with the SMS delivery.  I have tried to find out similar questions with the same error and everybody suggests to have a look at a previous successful SMS delivery. What if you do not have a successful delivery? Any suggestions are welcomed. I am wanting to send an email which contains content data from a file, this data is generic i.e. it doesn't relate to a specific profile, it is purely email content. I think this can be done using the API, but I am trying to find a way to do it with a Load File in the first instance if possible. 1. I want to run a query that finds the people the email is going to go to.2. Load a file with the additional data.3. Enrich each email address with the additional data4. Send email with the additional data The issue I am facing is that I have to reconcile the load file data to the profile, but there is no reconciliation as the data is generic for all profiles, I simple want to append the data to the temporary resource so I can use the content inside the email. Is there a way to do this? I thought I had a fallback method of creating a table that has the data contained inside it, so the load file updates the table with the data to be used in the email, and then I simply use t

HelloI need to delete a value from a colum which type is datetimeI'm doing it Inside a worflow (update component) because I'm updating other fieldsI tried to use the NULL value in my Update compoennt, like I did to erase String value but it does not work.I have an error message saying that NULL (type: string) does not match with the destination field type (type: datetime).What should I do in order to delete my dateitme value ?Thanks for your feedbacksCorinne

Hi!!at our company we finally managed to send our first push in production to all our subscribers (not profiles) - adobe campaign standard. however, because all our products use the same server, the heavy number of visits at the same time almost crashed our systems and made all the products super slow. therefore, our devops team is asking us to not send push to all our subscribers at once, but to split the sending of the pushes throughout the day. is there a way for us to automatically create a push that will be sent in different times of the day to our subscribers? Something like each hour send to 10k subscribers or something like that. We are not using audiences and profiles yet. If the solution is through a workflow, any example of how it can be done?thanks in advance  

Can we create custom roles/permissions in Adobe campaign standard if yes then how to provide custom permissions to custom security groups in ACS?

Can I update a Profile's Org Unit using the Update Data activity? I have set up an acquisition landing page to collect Profiles. The business wants to collect Profiles for two different services on this landing page. The services are in different Org Units. I want to collect the Profiles as Org Unit = All (all) and then update the Org Unit to a different one. How can I do that with the Update activity? I have found this page (Updating a profile’s Organizational unit) but I want to do it within a workflow.  

how to provide visibility access of fragments in ACS to other users, As I am working on 1 fragment but others not able to see that fragments ?

I need to format a date in an email, but is not working, is this only working for adobe campaign classic and not standard? I tried formating in the query activity but didnt work, so I thought I tried in the email html body but doesnt work either,? I need to display a timestamp by removing the time so it only shows as ie. 10/08/2023  <%= formatDate(/cusmylink/lastlogindate, "%2D/%2M/%4Y") %>  update*I came up with the following expression, but is not clean enough, isnt there an more straight forward method such as formatDate?ToDate(Left(ToString([cusNacMemberLink/@lastlogindate]), 10)) 

I have a dataset with customers is and their max spending store code. I have another table with their transaction details. I need pull top 30% spenders from each store. How can I do this is ACS?

When I open the Quarantine addresses table (Administration > Channels > Quarantines > Addresses) columns like Status and Error reason show normal text. However, when I export the contents of the table thes columns are filled with numbers (codes). Where can I see which number corresponds to which text?

I am struggling to find how to make some CSS adjustments in the Adobe Standard New Designer. We have a two column section with a button in each section. I need to adjust the table width.On a section with a button I want to set a border to the container, not the button. I cannot find how to enter the CSS into the new email designer to get it to have the desired result. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Bonjour,  Dans mes rapports emailings sur Campaign Standard, il met impossible de visualisation mes métrics par date sous forme de graphique.J'ai tenté de changé de granularité ainsi que de type de graphique mais je ne peux visualiser mes indicateurs à travers un graphique.Je rencontre ce problème sur les rapports par défaut ainsi que mes rapports personnalisés.  Merci pour votre aide

I've been working with workflows and deliveries for months. Today when I openen my Campaign were all my delivery folder empty.When I create a new delivery it appears on my colleagues computer but not on mine. So I can't see the delivery templates in explorer view. Why?I've tried the filter button to the right and reinstalled the whole program. Nothing helps. I've also checked that my colleague and I have the same security properties marked. Help needed!

Hi all, I'm trying to track down information on whether or not Adobe Campaign can be used to conduct a survey via SMS message.After scouring the documentation I could only find information stating that surveys need to be built on their own separate page, and it is assumed that you can select "SMS" from the sending option when distributing the survey - however, that still is just a link to the survey page. Any information on SMS surveys would be super helpful. Below is an image that shows what kind of in-SMS survey I'm looking to be able to do for reference.  Thank you!
