Hi,I would need to create such security group where the member can have access to reporting only. I though I can create new Role, but so far I see nothing to set in a Role. Can someone explain what is the purpose of creating new role?Best regards,Gyorgy

Hi,I am trying to use the result set of an 'incremental query' in the next query activity. I don't see any option to select records from temporary data source like we see in segmentation activity when connected to query. The use case is to read incremental data using a criteria from a Incremental query activity, then extract and compute some additional data to it in 'Additional data' tab. And then pass this result set to second 'query' activity and filter based on the additional data selected in incremental query. When I connect Incremental query to query activity I am not finding the additional data's selected in 'Incremental Query' activity to filter. Am I doing something wrong here? or it is not available? Is there any other way to achieve this ?

Hi,Unfortunately, AC data model has the only option to show 'who edited this item last' - Last Modified as a link to Operator who modified the item last time.This is not enough because often I hear questions from colleagues like 'who modified workflow/delivery/template/campaign, and _what_ was changed?'For some systems which haven't any security logs we have experience in creating triggers in the database which stores insert/update/delete transactions over particular tables somewhere in external tables/database. But it is not the case as we're using instance hosted by Adobe and don't have direct access to postgres to maintain such solution.The other theoretical option is to modify soaprouter. As an entry-point of all Console-Server communication it knows exactly what requests are being sent from each user. But, once again, there is no option to modify soaprouter in case of hosted instance.Does anybody have any experience in organizing any king of security logs/audit to keep track of ch

Hello!I'm trying to build reusable workflow templates in Adobe Campaign Standard that can handle variable input structure (without having to reconfigure certain workflow steps every time the input changes).For example, in the the Extract file step I want to be able to cope with optional attributes (that may or may not be present on the input transition), and default them to empty string for the output.I thought that an expression like this - for the missing 'optionalAttribute' - could handle the attribute that is not always present, and write out an empty string:Case(When(NULL != optionalAttribute, optionalAttribute),Else(""))But the workflow fails with the following error:- 'optionalAttribute' element unknownI understand, that to ensure consistency, we should always configure a fixed structure for input files and transitions, but being able to handle the case like above would make our workflows easier to reuse.Is it possible to write an expression for e.g. the Extract file step, that

Hi,What is the best practice with Adobe Campaign Standard for preventing to send more than X emails to the same recipient in a day?I see the following options:Typology ruleIn case of typologies, users who have got X emails today will be filtered out. Can an ACS user get the list of recipients who were filtered out by the rule? E.g. save them into a file, or store as an audience?Delivery scheduling with custom formulaWhat if the user is targeted in multiple deliveries in parallel. When calculating the sending time we cannot take other, already scheduled deliveries into account.Query step in a workflowWe could run a query on the delivery logs to filter out those who got X emails today already, and save them in a file or as an audience.What is the best practice by others?Thanks!

Hi,While I am Working for one of the client  created an Approver Group(created an Operator group with below named rights) as mentioned ScreenshotHow ever the Approver(Operator) able access the workflow but  not able run the workflow directly as highlighted in red color but able to access from  folder level highlighted in black colorand also Observed for the same Approver Operator from Web version able to Pause,Stop and Start the workflow? Have 'Send a proof' deliveryRefer below screenshots. However, I'm not receiving any test-mails.For some reasons, I'm not receiving test-mails. HI,I have configured and created the Re-Marketing campaign as described in the given below link. Just replicated the default workflow and created my own copy to read the segments data and upload it to the webEvents Schema. The flow chart ran successfully and the data is visible in webEvents schema (see below).Data in webEvents table:Re-Marketing workflow for Cart Abandonment:Once the Technical workflow above runs successfully, it should trigger the Re-Marketing campaign (WKF88 below) for Cart Abandonment. However, the campaign or the workflow is not getting triggered for Re-Marketing. When I try to execute the flowchart by clicking ‘Restart the workflow from this Task (Signal)’, it is giving the below error.Could someone

Hello everyone !I have a reccurent problem in my platform... I'm sending nearly 6 millions of email every day, so i'm generating much logs ! I'm monitoring my ID sequence to don't have problems with the loop at 2 billion, but I have a problem that I don't understand.My sequence in the data table "XtkNewId" is named "XtkJobLogId" and it seems OK, currently at 1,800,000,000. Hi,I experience two specific buggy behaviors:1) Some WF components don't display (empty space in the edit WF pane), but I get an error pop up saying "Unable to create an image from a memory block. Format not supported."2) I can't edit delivery templates. the editor won't allow me past a long series of error alerts (seems to be 8 errors per module block in the template).The problems started after the big security update of Win10 in May.I have reinstalled the client and installed all Win upgrades after this, still nothing seems to work.The same errors happened in all versions of the client that I hav etried (Currently 6.1.1 8850)Anyone who expereinces the same thing? The strategy used in teaser dialog restrict to display only first image, or any random image or clickstream score. Is there a way to receive all deliveries that are sent out from one instance of Adobe Campaign to a specific email address without the need of adding this email address / seed address manually to every delivery? I would like to see all deliveries that are sent out globally within our company.

Hi there, I have created a new typology rule (within Adobe Campaign 6.1) to exlcude any recipients from receiving more than 1 email per day. I believe the rule is set up correctly, however, upon sending an email, looking at the audit tab within the delivery, of all the typology rules being loaded, my new rule is not one, and it is not being applied. Has anyone successfully created a new typology rule and successfully implemented it? What are the steps to take?ThanksAndy

In workflow event , there xml variable which contains data.I want to read those data to get some info out of it . How can i parse this data because when i try to check in event schema this variable is not present because data is not stored in data schema.Thanks,Kaushal
