Hi guys,I am new to Adobe Campaign. When I try and publish something I get the following error in the log:SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'PublishCusResources' of service 'xtk:builder'.I've looked everywhere but I haven't been able to find a solution to this issue. I thought it might be the case that I didn't have enough permissions to publish, but I have admin permissions for the whole box. These are the groups I belong to:Has anyone else seen this error? I googled it to no avail.Thanks!

Hello everyone,I manage for my internship during those last 2 months to understand how to use Adobe Campaign Classic and SoapUI requests, I had to make a transactionnal messaging following the documentation on Adobe Campaign and got good conclusions when coming at the end of it.The documentation I manage to accomplish and got all through : About transactional messaging But I have now some questions to make it perfect, I have to make a web application upon which i can input an email and the website triggers a Soap request in the back-end to the Adobe Campaign platform message center so the transactional email is send as a confirmation of the email input on the website. How can I settle all of this ? Is it possible to make a link between a website and soap request ? can I find some documentation on how to make that or some ideas and tips ? Do I have to make the web app on Adobe Campaign or like in a browser ?The difficulty will mostly be located in making the technical website back-end s

Hi Everyone,We have different deduplication rules to be applied in order to get the unique results.We need to create a concatenated string for different fields and then compare those concatenated strings with a logical ´OR´.contact(First_Name , Last_name) + RFC ORcontact(First_Name , Last_name) + email ORcontact(First_Name , Last_name) + phone ORcontact(First_Name , Last_name) + mobile ORcontact(First_Name , Last_name) + office_phone ORmobile + email ORphone + email ORI have seen the ´OR´ can be applied when we are using the if statement however when we try to apply the above rules and put the logical OR it doesn't work.Any information will be helpful.ThanksKR

How can I create a web application which has a form and gets auto-filled with user details once the user clicks the hyperlink of that web application in an email? My scenario is: When a user clicks the hyperlink in an email it takes the user to the form page and the form gets auto-filled with user details. The user can just click submit and the lead record will be sent.TIA

Hi All,Below is the code of 1:N relationship between 2 tables <element label="Dealers" name="dealer" revLink="vehicleLink" target="all:dealer"  type="link">      <join xpath-dst="@vin" xpath-src="@dealerId"/>  </element> 1.In the above code @vin,@dealerId are not any key they are just attributes from two different tables. Can relationship can be done using attributes instead of PK in <join> ?2. all:dealer is a custom schema created for global market. For mexico market we have extended all:dealer with nmx namespace.When creating relationship between vehicle links and dealer  tables in target which schema should I mention all:dealer or nmx:dealer ?3 .all:dealer has autopk. In the extension schema nmx:dealer can we create a custom attribute "dealerId" as primary key. In this case what will be the impact if the table all:dealer has two primary key(autopk "id" and dealerId as custom PK) .Is it a good practice to have custom primary key for extension schema .Will thi

Hi,get this error message when I run a query in a workflow selecting data from an external datasource. I can 'review' the data fine in the 'edit query', however when I run the workflow I get the error:XSV-350000 Unable to load document of identifier 'xtk:crdb_impala.xsl' and type 'xtk:xslt'.The query is based on an ODBC connector using Impala.The workflow (so far) only consist of a single simple query.RegardsOttar.

We're setting up multiple Campaign Workflows currently.Some target Recipients following interaction with our website, some target Recipients who were on our website 6 or 12 months ago.What is the neatest way of ensuring that a Recipient isn't in more than Workflow at any one time?The solution I have in mind is to run the Workflows at different times based on an assigned hierarchy, then exclude anyone who received a previous Workflow Delivery from any subsequent Campaign Workflow that runs.Or is there a neater way to do it?  With Typology rules say?

Hello everyone,there is an email delivery scheduled to be sent every day at a list of recipients. I need a dynamic value (a date - 60 days from every current date of delivery) in the delivery. e.g, if the email is sent today, i want to display a date 60 days from today in the email. If the email is sent tomorrow, i want to display a date 60 days from tomorrow. I can easily do that using javascript but that is not working in delivery templates. How can I set a calculated dynamic value to an option which can be used in delivery templates and will change its value every day.  Please help me.Imran

As the title suggests, how do I limit the number of sends within an email to say, 10,000 emails per hour.In previous tools I've used this was called "Metering", I can't work out what it's called in Adobe Campaign though.ThanksTom

I would like to know whether we can do the followup email campaigns which are sent through message center. For example, after 3 days of email sent, we need to create a technical workflow to send the followup email automatically.

Hello!I have a case where opening delivery template gives me a "BAS-010003 unable to complete the operation in current status" error. I do get this error every time I open the delivery template with Windows 10. Then when opening this with Windows 7, I never receive the same error. What causes this behaviour in Windows 10 operating system? All anti-virus softwares and firewalls etc have been turned off for testing.Error prompts itself many times as it does not load the content (blocks) of publication model.I am running my Windows' (both) with VirtualBox on Macbook Pro. The machine with Windows 10 is equipped with F-Secure security when machine running Windows 7 is running Avast security.

Hi,I am investigating how to use Dynamic Javascript Pages for a project but I have found a problem when it gets to use the 'response object' , which apparently seems to be a HttpServletResponse type of object. I am unable to find any particular documentation, and the generic documentation about this kind of object is not valid, as for example, some methods like addHeader, setHeader and many others do not work.Are you aware of some documentation or some cookbook I can use as a reference?Thanks very much in advanceGuillermo

Hi,I am looking for a solution to update a record through a workflow (only to be kept in the workflow for later usage for export).I am working on Adobe Campaign Classic v7 build 8797So far I have been looking around and found a solution there is working (for someone else) on Standard.I've tried to change it to the data I want to update but without luck.This is the content of my JSvar schemaName = vars.targetSchema.substr(vars.targetSchema.indexOf(":") + 1);logInfo(schemaName);logInfo(vars.targetSchema);var query = xtk.queryDef.create(  <queryDef schema={vars.targetSchema} operation="select">    <select>      <node expr="@id"/>      <node expr="@ProductDate"/>    </select>  </queryDef>);var resultSet = query.ExecuteQuery();var collection = <{schemaName}-collection _operation="update" xtkschema={vars.targetSchema}/>;for each (var row in resultSet) {     var ProductDate = formatDate(row.@ProductDate, "%2D%2M%4Y");     var schemaNameProgram = <{

Hi,I would like to load data from a CSV (list of customers to be targeted in a delivery or activity in Campaign), map this list into the Adobe Campaign Recipients dimension. The CSV contains a field for reconciliation (customerID) which is identical to a field in our Recipient-dimension.I have started with a data loading (file) activity in the workflow - and I am able to load the data from the CSV.  The output from this activity belongs to a on-the-fly dimension temp:fileImport obviously generated by the import-Activity wizard. How do I proceed to pick Recipients in my Campaign database, based on the data in the import data?I'm a campaign noob, so I am not very experienced with data imports, reconciliation acitivies or data dimensions, so I'll need detailed information to succeed.All help greatly appreciated.Kind regards from Norway! :-)

Hi gang,Sorry for the Big Shaq joke in the title, and for the potentially easy question but I want to make an Enrichment workout a sum using a field on my system and an integer I give it.Has anyone had any luck doing this kind of thing?I have a field named points that changes all the time and I want to find people who have less than 250 and give them the amount they'll need to reach 250.Hope this makes sense.Thanks!Kevin

Hi All,He had a requirement to store the filename, record inserted count and updated count of every run in a custom schema .I am not sure how to get it.Does any one have idea how they are fetching the no of insert and update count in message field of xtk:workflowLog schemaThanks,Maheswari

Hello, I'm wondering if there's a way to have a dynamically set query:I've 3 fields in the country table: offset1, offset2, offset3 and I'd like to assign one of this to a variabile inside a WF, something like that:var.offset = recipient/country/@offset2(meaning it will refers to the value inside the offset2 field)Then, in a Enrichment activity, I need to add data from the corresponding field, so like if I wrote directly:[recipient/country/@offset2] but using the variabile, because the reference depends on other custom behaviors.Is there a way inside the Select additional columns window?I've tried to concatenate string and variable, but it didn't work.Any idea?thanks
