Can we use recurring delivery for sending Winner SL email ? online documentation suggests to use standalone delivery because of 'specified on transition' option available on this.

I am trying to setup calendar based waves on through JavaScript just before winning SL email. Does anyone knows how to setup calendar based waves for 4-5 days (one day per hour distribution)? Basically I am trying to throttle Winner SL email but i am using standalone email delivery so don't have option to throttle audience on delivery itself

Hello masters of Adobe Campaign, and I appreciate the past communication and expertise. I am a newbie to Adobe Campaign. This time I am curious if any of you happened or heard of DB SQL deadlocks and correlated it with duplicate Email delivery to one customer email account? This happened a few times when one email account user stated that an email was received twice. A pool of a few IP addresses is used to send emails. MTA / MTA child logs show that only one delivery was sent, so nothing indicates the duality on my side. To re-iterate:a) Are the SQL deadlocks the cause and reason for Dual email send - The customer appears in the query only once.b) When analyzing the email body and specifications on a recipient email account, the email appears to be sent from 2 different IP addresses most of the time within 30 minutes. One time I found that the same email was re-sent from the same IP address.c) Logs don't show any bounced back delivery in this case.

Masters of Adobe Campaign, I spent a significant amount of time on this and decided to post it on the forum as I could not figure it out. I have a re-occurring workflow with 3 deliveries. I can find their corresponding DM delivery identifiers, but I am looking for sLabel and sDeliveryCode. Where to filter / query for the above? I very much appreciate it. Thank you,

Hello Masters of Adobe Campaign, I am trying to create a workflow that will send an email to an audience. If the audience does not open the email after 2 days, another reminder email will be sent. If the reminder email is not going to be opened by the same audience, the 3rd email will be sent to the same audience prompting for opening. My workflow does not work correctly, and I am seeking help and correct logic. I will really appreciate any insights. Thank you,

Hello Team, Is it possible to set values from campaign to the variables in a workflow notification template. I am trying to generate a notification to workflow supervisor with campaign name when a campaign workflow fails. Thank you.

Hello Folks,We have a requirement to restrict users of a Group from viewing Output file generated by Direct Mail. For this I created a custom named right -> mapped it against the group I want to restrict and tried leveraging HasNamedRight and properties visibleIf (to completely mask it) and enabledIf (to disable it). However, it doesn't seem to be work.I understand there is a OOTB Named Right "File Access", which can serve our purpose. But we don't want to go with this.Kindly please help on how can we achieve it (or) a reference of similar thing if it was done for same (or) different purpose would be helpfulThanks,SSB

Hello Masters of Adobe, While I am trying to decipher the conundrums of Adobe logic and create specific workflows, I am curious if this is doable? Requirements:a) Workflow filter/filters that will analyze a URL link in the newsletter that was clicked.b) If not, re-send the email with the link to those who did not click.c) Automatically save the list with users that did not click. Please, let me know if you have any ideas or hints that you can share. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Hi everyone,I'm new to Adobe Campaign Manager and I'm trying to use dynamic date in the email subject and email body. By dynamic date I meant is - days in month followed by month name - i.e. 30 September, 31 October and so on. Also, needs to consider February as a special case. Can anyone please tell me how I can do this in the email template? I can create HTML file and use javascript within the HTML but I'm not sure whether it is permissible to use such HTML as email delivery HTML in ACM. Also, what can be done for subject line with such dynamic date ? Your help and guidance will really help me.

Starting Oct 18th, Campaign Control Panel has enhanced its SFTP IP allow listing, Key Management offerings. This new enhancement offers,1. Ability to provide a time to live value, essentially a time duration, expiration to your IP allow listing and keys. 2. Ability to capture reasons like why, for whom, along with how long, etc ...for better administration of your IP allow listing. 3. Additional metadata on all the IPs/Key listings to improve and enhance management of the allow listing. 4. Ability to edit and update existing IP allow listings expiration and comments. 5. Ability to bulk update and delete these records.6. Support for sorting on metadata and additional search capabilities on comments. 7. Additional alerting feature to notify admin as you near the expiration date. Overall, an existing feature set to improve user end-to-end experience. Please check out release notes and related documentation here. Cheers,Adobe Campaign Control Panel

Hi all, I have accidentally changed the UI for a Campaign in Adobe Campaign Classic and don't know how to switch it back. Please can someone advise on how to fix this? Normally I would expect it to look like the following image, with a workflow preview and drop down lists of nodes: However, when I enter the Campaign I've changed, I just get list previews:

I am setting up a transactional message template that is triggered off of a rtEvent. I would like to populate the template with an html block but in order to pass html as an XML value I have to base64 encode it. How to I decode it in my template? I've tried sending the html both of the following ways: <ctx> <emailcontent> htmlbody=

Your HTML's body

</emailcontent> </ctx> <ctx> <emailcontent htmlbody="PGh0bWw+PGhlYWQ+PC9oZWFkPjxib2R5PllvdXIgSFRNTCdzIGJvZHk8L2JvZHk+PC9odG1sPg=="/> </ctx> This is how Im displaying the html in the email template <%= rtEvent.ctx.emailcontent.@htmlbody %>

Hello Team,We are trying to implement calling AA API's from Campaign. Can we go with using Classic API functions like HttpClientRequest and it's methods or curl using execCommand?Note that we have to get information of Report Suite, Segments, Dimensions and Metrics from different End Points. So keeping in mind of availability of Reports in AA, we have to call API thereby reducing no of calls and also not to put any load on ACC marketing serverPlease provide your valuable suggestionsThanks,SSB

Hi everyone, I would like to know if it's possible to see how many people in the database will receive the text version when the email is sent, and how many people has received the text version once the email is sent. Is there any field I can look at? Thanks!Clara

Hello,in the Campaign classic documentation it refers to the use of approvers for campaigns and the content within it (deliveries, tasks, etc.), but it does not refer to what exact permissions these approvers should have. I have been testing all the permissions, and the only one that allows me, as an approver, to approve all content without any problem is an operator with admin permission, including starting a delivery in the Delivery Start: field. So I have not managed to create an approver operator as it should be. How do I correctly create the operators that can approve the content assigned to them? Thanks.

Hi Team, Emails are not getting triggered when we use "add a script" to set option in email content. Important things to note:1) We are using hybrid model and mid sourcing sends out the emails.2) When i use simple code like <% logInfo('something') %>, email is triggering3) But when i use code like <% setOption('CustomOption',recipient.id) %>, emails are not triggering.4) I am guessing that the marketing side option 'CustomOption' should also be available at mid side.Could someone please help in finding why the emails are not triggering. --> One more question that we have along with above i.e. We are looking to add some part of the dynamic email content as an attachment in same email. Below is the requirement.Email Content:Hi Customer, Some content here.recipient.idrecipient.nameetc.. Some content here. Thanks Here the highlighted part need to be written to a file and attach it to the same m

Hi All,In one of the schema I tried to use filter with a string field. For example let the field be @PriorCY_PPDon.When creating a query: @PriorCY_PPDon >= '3', Some values are ignored and when using @PriorCY_PPDon >= 3 all values correctly coming. What can be the issue or is it something inbuild for adobe. Could someone please help me understand what is causing this issue? Thanks & Regards,Greeshma

I am trying to create a schema from Javacript by xtk.session.Write(schema definition). This is from external data source and will be a mapping schema in Adobe Campaign. The schema is getting created but I get error like below.unable to load document of identifier 'test:Tapan' and type xtk:schema + adobe campaign. Can Anybody help me on this?

Our Adobe Campaign instance has two application server and two web server. When I run a workflow to do an enrichment activity, it often run for a long time, and failed after 2h 11m 18s. It looks like a time out error. When I tried to unconditional stop the workflow when it run for a long time, it always failed to stop it. The following error message is displayed I wonder if multiple server are causing this problem，can any one advise how can I find the root cause of the issue? thanks!

Masters of Adobe Campaign, I appreciate the past hints and guidelines, and as I am discovering Adobe Campaign Classic and its possibilities I have one more question regarding Affinity and IP address setup. We have a few IP addresses and affinities providing redundancy for our email sends. This pertains to my last question on the dual email sent to the same recipient and SQL deadlocks - logs show only one delivery despite recipients' complaints about receiving 2 emails. a) do you keep one dedicated IP address per affinity?b) does it make a difference? Will it change the issue with a dual email sent?c) also, are the SQL deadlocks a possible reason for dual emails sent in case MTA uses more than one IP address and affinities for redundancy? I could not find a clear answer to the above, and perhaps some of you occurred to have similar experiences or questions.Anything to help understand the pros and cons of a single IP address/affinity per MTA will help out.
